They took a strange practice in the form of guards at the entrance, who are not allowed into the premises of the PSC. They behave brazenly and defiantly. They decide who to let in and who not. The coupons themselves are never in paper form at the coupon issuing terminal. They say remember your queue sequence number. The employees themselves, for the most part, do not know their jobs. Very often they run to more experienced employees for advice on what documents to require from the applicant, do they really not undergo training when applying for a job? I wanted to go to the head with a complaint about the so-called guards, but it was so easy to get to him, they wouldn't let me. And that's all in 2021. It is a pity that there is no alternative to this organization. They would not have survived in a competitive environment. But, their first leader, the one that Musin Bagdat, periodically posts on Facebook that everything is fine with them. In fact, before, about two years ago it was a thousand times better.
