Everything seems to be there, but it's a whole epic to get here. Very far away. There is always a crowd of people for registration and for receiving even more. The issue is absolutely not thought out. After receiving an SMS about the readiness of documents, you have to wait from 40 minutes to several hours. Which does not suit me at all. There are few places to eat. Everything is outside. The toilet is dirty. It's stuffy and hot in summer. It's stuffy in winter. The base crashes and does not work. Rooms in other regions are often not available, they say they ordered.

The farthest located special center in the city of Shymkent is Karatau district, mkrn. "Dostyk". The service is average, in the morning the staff is tired, there are a lot of people and it is noisy. The scoreboard is not working properly, the waiting list invites verbally, the voice is not heard, because of this I missed my turn.
