They came to apply for a passport for their son, first the son went to find out what was needed to apply for a passport. Then we came after work, but it turned out that the passport office was open until 18:00. I took time off from work, came at 16:00, took a ticket, 114 people were waiting on the ticket, the specialists said that we would not be able to do it in time for the day, we need to come for the ticket before 09:00 in the morning. According to them, in order to order a passport, you need to take one day off without pay at work and stand in line from morning to evening. This is absolutely not normal. The passport office can't handle the volume. There was no such thing last year, I ordered a passport for myself in about 20-30 minutes.
