Our daughter's wedding was celebrated on August 17th! The place is very beautiful, everything is surrounded by greenery and flowers. The area is sufficient for holding wonderful events. The buffet was in a small gazebo, and the banquet itself was in a large gazebo. There are plenty of places for feasting and dancing! The hostess is a very responsive person! He will tell you where it is necessary, how he can help! The children were very satisfied and the guests too! A wonderful wedding has taken place!

A good hotel. Pleasant and polite hosts, reasonable prices. You can order a sauna or a barbecue area. Very beautiful and well-maintained territory. We stayed three years in a row on the way to the sanatorium.

Actually, this is not even a hotel, but as it turned out, rooms are rented in a private house.We stopped only for the night, left early in the morning, so we did not see the beautiful territory.But the room that we got was not very good, to put it mildly.There is mold in the bathroom, dirt in the corners, the shower tray is brown.The towels are as worn out as the bedclothes that were put next to the beds, and we made them ourselves at 12 at night.I didn't want to watch anything else.There is no sound insulation, other guests walked at night, you can hear the stomping and creaking of the stairs.I haven't seen such a dirty kitchen where we drank tea for a long time, and even more so in a house where people are accepted.Saving is good, of course, but it's too much.

It is cheaper than a hotel, because it is a booking. I liked their garden, there are a couple of parking spaces. Cooking in the kitchen is carried out independently, or food from the store (there is nearby). There is a shower room in the room. The stairs to the second floor are not comfortable. You can spend the night, I would not fully live on vacation or on the train

A wonderful place, quiet, cozy, wonderful lake with magnificent ducks, very atmospheric and the sauna is just a miracle!!! The owner is just a bow, attentive and very tactful. I will be happy to visit this place again and recommend it to my friends, thank you so much for a great vacation!!!!

The guest house is just great!!!! There is everything and even more for a great vacation. The place is atmospheric. The service is excellent. Rooms are provided with all amenities. Everything is clean and cozy. Silence is observed. The prices are budget. There is beauty on the territory! Everything is in colors) Nature is a sight) The hosts are just great! I didn't like the hotel from the word at all.
I do not write negative reviews, but here I cannot understand where such a rating comes from:
- when calling, we were not warned that the room with a bathroom is on the floor. If they had warned, they would have taken an improved one or gone to another hotel.
- we arrived at night and had to make the bed linen ourselves. Surprisingly.
- dirty bathroom: The toilet is a bathtub.
- the bed is very creaky.

Pros:
+ good Wi-Fi
Unfortunately, that's it.
It is better to rent an apartment.
Maybe weddings are normal here, but the room here is not normal.
The overall impression is depressing.

The owner is normal, though a little gloomy. I read the reviews before arrival, so I knew about the slippers imposed at the entrance. They were indeed offered to wear them, but since they are reusable and not processed, they did not take them. The room is normal, it is unpleasant that the bed was not made. The bed is tilted head down, so they put pillows in the legs. I had to substitute a table and chairs so that the pillows would not fall. The hose was leaking in the bathroom, I had to put a towel on the floor. Outside in the yard, it was unpleasant to smell garbage from full tanks. This is about the cons. Payment is in cash only. It's good that they also read about it in the reviews.
One of the advantages was a pleasant area with lawns and flower beds, outdoor swings; the room had a large balcony.

I do not advise anyone to organize their own event there, especially a wedding. The disgusting attitude of the hostess towards the guests. It all started with the fact that we were not even given our copy of the contract. And we realized much later why. A couple of weeks before the wedding, we were confronted with the fact that the rooms needed to be vacated before 12, because there was already a wedding planned. We had planned only the second day there. As a result, the guests who stayed overnight in this house after the wedding were almost kicked out of the rooms at 9 a.m. I was ashamed to listen to the complaints of the guests about the strange rules in the spirit of "do not walk in heels" and a lot of small quibbles to the guests in the spirit - they washed their hands in the wrong place, went to the toilet in the wrong place, etc. - respectively, a spoiled mood and a holiday. It is a pity that we were deceived by a beautiful picture and did not choose another more adequate place.

A terrible place! The House is dirty, dusty, cats walk around, the refrigerators stink that no fresheners help! The owner people are allergic to cats, how can cats live in a rented house, tin. I've never seen such horror before!

Some kind of adequate attitude on the part of the hosts can only be traced to the newlyweds, if you are a simple guest, then during the evening you will collect all the achievements of the cottage, starting from the fact that the toilet in the house (which you rented) is for cooks, and you go outside at +4 °, ending with the fact that it turns out there are not enough sleeping places in the house for everyone, because the rooms are occupied by some people who rented this place as a hotel, this will be found out during the evening. Also, throughout the evening, you listen to the babble of the owner and his eternal dissatisfaction that you didn't close some door somewhere, walked around in the wrong place, smoked in the wrong place, every hour a new claim. If you want to have a good time, take your time and see more options!

Beautiful green lawn, fresh air, lake with fish, outdoor gazebos, barbecue, silence! No one will bother you, but the hospitable hosts, and Galina in particular, will help you organize your vacation the way you want! And he will heat the bathhouse for you!

It 's a disgusting place ... Smoky rooms with the smell of "homeless people" as alcoholic events with overnight stays are often held here...The sound insulation is such that you can hear the neighbors sitting on the toilet ... a dirty floor will add "its own" to this picture - the socks had to be thrown away. The owners are a hypocritical, boorish , arrogant family ...By negotiating with them, upon arrival you can easily stay outside ( without any explanations or apologies ) that's what happened to us... Positive reviews are most likely hyped up by friends and acquaintances (how it's done is not difficult to guess)…. Anywhere but here !!!!

We had a bitter visit to this experiment.The walls in the rooms are soaked with nicotine and fumes.There is no sound insulation between the "rooms'The neighbor next door can be heard sitting on the toilet.The floors were so dirty that I had to throw away my socks.The reaction to the comments was inadequately aggressive.Who wants something "unusual" for you here!

Excellent location, polite and pleasant hosts, wonderful house and accommodation, fairly affordable price, the opportunity to accommodate a large number of guests. We stayed for 3 days and there was a banquet in the gazebo, the dishes were provided to us, all the necessary accessories for the barbecue. They didn't charge us for cleaning. I highly recommend it. The rating is 5 out of 5.
