Excellent location of the hotel (if noise does not bother you, because there is no noise insulation) . Large terrace. This is where all the advantages end and the tin begins..
We stayed in a Deluxe room with a sea view. The room needs urgent repair. The towel and toilet paper holders had been broken off and were lying on the cabinet shelf in the bathroom. The shower head was split in half (at our request, the receptionist kindly replaced it).
There is a broken table lamp on the bedside table in the room. A question to the representative of the hotel - Why?? Could you not remove it or did you expect us to fix it ourselves?
The wallpaper is falling off behind the curtains. They could have been glued, but they don't respect their guests so much here, that's fine.
Speaking of curtains, our room had 2 windows with blackout curtains and a fully transparent door to the terrace, which negated the presence of curtains in general. I would recommend attaching at least a roller blind there, but why take care of the guests, because "it will do anyway."
There is no elevator, but we were ready for that, although it was hard to carry our suitcases to the top floor.
In the morning, on the day of departure, I asked for an iron to be replaced. They replied that there was no iron. That's the way it is.
The cherry on the cake was a huge dead cockroach/beetle that had been lying on the steps all day and hadn't been bothered to remove it.
It was worth living in this hellhole 7,500 TL for 2 nights (21 thousand rubles).

We stayed at the hotel for a whole week.I liked everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, cleaned constantly.Towels were changed every day, the bed was changed on request, at least every day.We had a room with a balcony. The view is beautiful! It's a little noisy from the street at night, but this is the center! Thank you for the warm welcome and good service!

Excellent rooms, clean and spacious, freshly renovated. The plumbing is all in good working condition. There are slippers, bathrobes, towels, all shower accessories. Good location, near a taxi, it takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the bus stop. The cafe is within walking distance. I took off the star for breakfast, but the breakfasts there are absolutely not like a "Turkish breakfast" - meager. But there are cafes nearby.

The hotel is 250-300 m away. from the sea. A wonderful and tireless walk along a picturesque street does not tire. You get right to the central beach. Beautiful promenade. I will not write about the beach, because Turkey is all beautiful. The sand is coarse and there are insular rocks in the area of entry into the sea. So you need to go to the sea in sneakers.
By the hotel .It absolutely matches the photos in the Booking. There were problems with hot water and the Internet. But it was quickly eliminated. The staff is Turkish and English speaking. You will not be understood with Russian (this is not a hotel from a package tour, you need to understand) . The breakfasts are very modest and the same every day. But there are so many cafes and restaurants nearby for very different budgets. They cook very well in the fish restaurant, which is adjacent to the hotel
But there is, as for me, 1 minus. The place is a hangout and an energetic Turkish song sounds loudly from the restaurant opposite. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is convenient to get to many attractions from Ataturk Boulevard

A good hotel in the Konyalti area. The room is spacious enough, they even give washcloths and towels, which is amazing for three stars.Good location, 5-7 minutes to the beach.Decent sound insulation, blackout curtains (slept like a log)The only drawback is a very poor breakfast (not a buffet, but a buffet) and the dining room is not very well located, go across the street. If you stay for a couple of nights, then it's not a bad option.

This is a hotel that you absolutely do not want to return to. And first of all because of the staff. I'll start with the pros:
- the location of the hotel is excellent, there is everything you want within walking distance, and of course the embankment and the sea. However, it is worth noting that the hotel building stands on the corner of busy streets, which creates a general noisy background. It is worth going 5 minutes into quiet alleys, and there you can find much quieter hotels.
- the rooms are generally fresh, not shabby, the furniture, the design are all more or less normal.
Now about the cons:
- upon check-in, they did not accept a 500-euro bill, forcing them to go through 2 streets to the exchanger. To the suggestion that we are out of the way, maybe he runs away himself, if something does not suit you, they refused
- they asked for 2 rooms next to each other, and eventually they were given on different floors. They asked to change it with an additional payment for a more expensive room category, they rolled out such an invoice that the desire disappeared. There is no interest to satisfy the client
- in order to clean the room, it is necessary to hang a sign, they do not clean without it. This is the first time I've encountered such insanity. In total, the room was not cleaned for two days
- the breakfast in the cafe next door is just disgusting. Three pieces of dry cheese, tomatoes torn from the heart, an airplane package of all sorts of jams, nothing meat at all. Consider that there is no breakfast here. Fortunately, there is a normal pastry shop nearby, where for 245 lira you can buy a normal Turkish breakfast for two.
- there is no elevator
- it's disgusting to sit on the balcony, everyone is covered in cat hair, they don't clean up
- under the balcony on one side there are rows of external air conditioning units, a hood from the restaurant, it's all buzzing constantly. Although they asked for a quiet room.
- upon departure, they asked to extend the room, requested the cost per day, without at least some kind of concession (that we would not have breakfast, would not spend the night, etc.).
- there is no luggage room
- hot water in the shower appears after 2-3 minutes of waiting and draining cold water, the system is incorrectly designed, the pressure is also not very good
- a couple of times they asked my daughter to print out a few sheets of paper with a DZ on the printer, it was a whole problem, something always broke, it didn't work, etc.
In general, the hotel impresses with its customer orientation (for hospitable Turkey, this is nonsense at all) and in my opinion deserves the lowest rating.

Nice boutique hotel, good location, but there was a very unpleasant moment last night. In the middle of the night, a man from the reception came into the room, turned on the light and wanted to go to our toilet!!! Apparently I thought the room was empty! We were scared, not understanding what was going on! It spoiled the impression.
