We ordered a personalized suit (pants and tunic) as a gift, they said to wait 7-14 days, but they did it for 30 calendar days, it's really unpleasant that the gift was not given to the person, it was presented on time, it was already an overlay, as they say, "you need to be responsible for your words and the promised deadlines"

The costume came, the four of them are just disgusting, it feels like we bought a costume on the sidelines and just pasted on the name , photo and what came to us was just heaven and earth.
The name is already starting to peel off, the suit has never even been used or washed.
Almost 200 rubles for a suit ?? Seriously
The conversation with the manager did not lead to anything, they say everything is super, everything was done according to GOST as needed
