Today I visited this store with my daughter and sister. I was told that they sell bottled kvass.When we came in, we immediately saw the displeased face of the seller, I don't know the name, there was no badge. When she asked "how old are you?", I replied "two cups", after which she began to explain to us with a grin the physical processes and that nothing has been poured anywhere in glasses for a long time. After that, we said that we would then have one liter.While she was pouring, we asked for two more liters. Apparently, not having heard, she brought only two bottles, after which we told her that we needed not 2, but 3 bottles.
Again, with a displeased face, she began to be rude and talk about the need to say everything in advance, saying that we were wasting her time despite the fact that there was no queue in the store. I couldn't help but tell her that we don't need to be rude, and we don't need to be treated like "Mr. vn" either. To which she replied, "Mind you, I didn't say anything, that's what you called yourself." When she brought the 3rd bottle, I asked her how much money I needed for everything. Again, with a dissatisfied "mug", she just poked her finger at the cash register, saying, "don't you see?".Terrible and disgusting service.The desire to return to this store has completely disappeared.
