Restick generally sucks. I wanted to taste the national cuisine. I took Piti, pilaf, kutab and black tea. This is the worst place of all where I have eaten Azerbaijani cuisine.
Piti, as if stupidly, a jar of stew was thrown with the same ingredients from canned food, not that it would taste delicious, but in fact delicious and edible, but the most delicious piti that I ate at the moment was in Derbent in the cafe cafe Sumac by the lake near the Moon.
Kutab is terrible, the worst I've ever eaten: no filling, no size and over-dried. The abomination.
Pilaf is generally a disappointment. Pilaf was worse only in Kazakhstan. Apparently it is necessary to go to Uzbekistan for pilaf. The rice is overcooked, tasteless, the meat in general "the cat cried" didn't even finish this nausea, I can't even call it anything else.
Tea. It would seem that it is hard to disappoint with tea, especially in Azerbaijan they love it. But it was the most ordinary tea, nothing special. The best tea that I drank was in the mountains of Dagestan, where you just enjoy drinking tea, but here I took it packaged in a store.
The price is also predatory. It's even a pity to give 10 manats for such a thing, but here it turned out to be 30 manats for nothing.

They did not understand the raptures:we waited for a table for 20 minutes (but it's not scary)we waited for the order for 40 minutes and did not order anything beyond the natural grilled chicken, tortillas and soup.All the dishes are OK at best, but for the most part mediocre -a chicken worth 17 manats is 4 dead chicken wings on which the cat cried a lot of meat, but we were lucky the girl at the next table ordered before us and when we were already leaving she was still waiting for her food.I do not recommend it

The service is on the level. In general, many restaurants in Baku have "slow service", but everything is on the level here. The location is also a plus - in the fortress itself, but immediately after the gate There are Two towers.
I definitely visit this restaurant every time I come to Baku.

We came to my mother-in-law's for breakfast. We found a table for two without any problems, although quite a lot of people came to dinner.
We ordered tea, barbecue salad, babaganush, omelet with tomatoes and cheese, tandoor tortilla, okroshka in Baku and lamb cradle. Only there are small complaints about the cradle, a lot of cartilage and incredibly fat.

A full lunch for three with beer will cost about 2000 rubles for our money.
