We celebrated the corporate party, the food was delicious, (although the hot stuff was served at 22:30 when 80% of the guests had already gone home) the music was loud, overall it was clean and delicious, but the atmosphere was not the same as 4-5 years ago when a live band played alternative music on stage)))
The toilets are clean, the room needs repair, maintenance 4/5

I am a guest in Uzbekistan, I came from Moscow, visited Bukhara, Samarkand, and got to Tashkent. For the most part, Uzbekistan surprised and pleased me with its hospitality. But where hospitality is definitely not worth looking for is in an institution with the telling name "Queens", apparently created exclusively for the "kings" and "queens" of Tashkent. I saw him, or rather, I heard music and noticed him while walking on Saturday evening. He crossed the road and entered the building. It was just a failure! I wonder how, with such an attitude towards guests, the institution is popular and has a high rating. The impression, as well as the mood, were spoiled right at the entrance to the building, where I was met at a reception-type table by three big men, one larger than the other with the question "where are you going?".
I say, "I was walking, I heard music, I decided to come in and watch.
One of them says to me, "just to watch?". I say, "Well, first I would like to see how it is and what it is."
He said to me, "will you stay or not?"
I said, "how do I know if I haven't been there yet, maybe I won't like it"
He said, "we don't just walk like that"
At this moment, the doors open, a company of local residents comes in, they are greeted, smile and wish them a good evening. After that, he switches back to me and asks me to finish looking at the small walking backpack on my back. I show him, he makes sure that I have nothing criminal there and, personally accompanying me, goes up with me directly to the restaurant club itself. Already on the spot, he immediately asks if I will stay or not.
I tell him, "can I look or not, what's the problem?" and immediately continue, "I guess I'll have a drink at the bar"
He says, "you can't sit with a backpack, take it to the wardrobe."
I answer, "I can't turn it in, because I have documents, passports and money there,"
And then attention, he says, "okay, will you leave me a tip?"
It seemed to me that I did not hear and asked him again. To which he repeated to me again, "Well, will you leave me a tip? Then you can go to the bar with a backpack"
And then I didn't understand something, so you can't sit at the bar with a backpack or you can, but for money. Then it became funny to me and I asked, "why should I leave you a tip?" and, without waiting for an answer, went to the elevator. I heard in the back: "no way." We also drove down together, where I showed him my surprise that even in Moscow you rarely see this anymore, to which he said that "it's like this with us." Then I just felt funny and I left.
Some kind of dissonance happened, I had dinner at a wine restaurant next door, then I moved to the hotel, but I was attracted by the music, I wanted to look at the local nightlife. I looked at it…

I've been once and honestly expected that there was something interesting in the interior of the kitchen regarding food, I can say that unfortunately some salads want better quality and the interior is so located that it's uncomfortable, unfortunately, although the prices are awesome, after the end of the corporate party they kindly send an invoice for what was not ordered, what is so pretentious there I can understand it's a pity the hopes were high but it turned out as always

Orders are taken incorrectly, are not recorded or recorded anywhere, but as a result, they blame the guests, leaving sarcastic comments. The service staff tried to make money by offering a "special greeting", which the administration does not know about. This is not the first time the terminal has failed. Is the establishment trying to hide from taxes or what? A complete disappointment from the Queens restaurant, which is in fact worse than any eatery, given the attitude towards the guests.

The food is good, I do not argue. As for drinks, I can only say about tea. Tea with lemon is not very good (too sweet and the taste is not top). The security is very rough. Instead of doing their job (ensuring safety), they dig into clothes, although it was a classic bomber. For those who like to dance, the place is good, the DJ just specifically lit up. And those who don't like a noisy place probably won't come in.
In short, the kitchen is good, but the service is not very good. I would not come a second time because in such places the service should come first!
