I gave away the iron at the end of 2022. He asked how quickly it would be fixed. For some reason, the master began to tell me that they say a couple of days at most. As a result, a week later I had to call myself and ask what was there. The iron was repaired, but after a week it broke again. As a result, after almost a year, the equipment is still lying around somewhere, and they are all waiting for spare parts to be repaired. I do not recommend it.

The work was not done very well (screen replacement). The service and attitude towards the customer also leaves much to be desired. For some reason, they ask for confidential information. The response of the representatives "Not about us, they made a mistake" confirms the attitude towards customers... Instead of working on mistakes, they are engaged in gaslighting. This once again makes you think about what kind of people and how they work there.

They gave it back under a repair warranty, the repair warranty is only a month (this is very convenient for them).Two months later, the loop came off again. I will look for another service. It is better not to contact this service with serious breakdowns, so clean the laptop and replace the thermal paste, this is the ceiling.

the backlight of the TV burned out, I turned to the 2Life service, he was there for repair for 10 days, they called and said take it away, We can't do there is no such backlight, they say there is some kind of tricky one and there is none anywhere. I contacted R-Tehnic and they said they would do it and after 3 hours they called and said it was ready.I didn't even expect it to be super.
