As an online store, it 's a complete zero - even one star is a pity !!! A week after the order, they didn't lift a finger - why would they need a website with a promise of delivery in 3-4 days if they don't see the order !?

I don't know, there are so many positive reviews, but this store didn't help me out. I ordered tavar by mail, I have been waiting for the parcel since March 5 (!!!!). She hasn't come yet. And I don't know if he'll come... When they pick up the phone, they say they've sent it. If you have sent it, why not inform the client (SMS, call or email): "Hello, has your package been sent"?! No! They keep you in the dark! The phone is not always picked up (during this time I called about a dozen times). I didn't get through again today.
