Nice hotel, with excellent location.Friendly and sociable staff, will prompt and explain everything.
Next to the observation deck with stunning views of Ararat. Cascade, Victory Park, dinosaur park, attractions, a large number of restaurants, cafes. A little walk up and there are a huge number of shops, pharmacies, an ATM of the local VTB. Some stores accept the World.
unfortunately, time does not spare anyone, as well as the interiors, some of the interior is a little tired. But the visit left only the most positive emotions. If possible, we will come back again.

I highly recommend it for a vacation! The location is not bad. For those who like to walk, you can walk from the very center. There is a large park nearby. When driving to the center, there is a great view of the Mountains!
The room itself is clean, cozy, and large enough. The cleaning is good. There are all necessary accessories in the room (iron, blackboard, hair dryer, hygiene products, shoe sponge, safe, pencil and a piece of paper for notes). A very comfortable bed. A comfortable armchair with a footrest.
The staff is as pleasant and friendly as possible. They will answer all your questions, tell you everything, and tell you about all the possibilities at the hotel. They are always very smiling and courteous.
Breakfast - there is everything you need for a standard continental breakfast. There is a lot of choice. Everything is very tasty.
The overall score is excellent!

Excellent staff, friendly and attentive! Beautiful swimming pool, amazing veranda by the restaurant! Delicious cuisine, especially Quinoa salad and risotto. Polite chefs and waiters. The bar makes delicious coffee. You can take a private tennis lesson on the outdoor court at the hotel! The rooms are spacious and clean. You can open an account in the Radisson system and get the best price.
There is room for improvement - there is a slightly abandoned area next to the hotel, it would be nice to improve it.

A cozy hotel near the top of the cascade and the Mother Armenia monument. The views of Ararat from both sites are divine, especially at sunset!
The floor is slippery in the spa, you need to take your non-slip shoes. There is no hope for a hammam and a steam room, in the hammam +30, in the steam room + 50, no matter how much we asked for more, we were politely told that they would do it immediately and nothing changed. We have been asking for a week in a row and.... Breakfasts for 9 thousand drams without frills at all, but you can order something for the chef, for example, egg benedict, etc.
Massage therapist Anna is a super professional!
The lobby bar offers pleasant service and a wonderful view of the city from the Bamboo restaurant (they declare inexpensive business lunches on the menu, about 3.5 or 4 thousand drams, but we did not try to order, they did not match the time).
Close to the hotel there is an amusement park for small children, a dinosaur park, carousels, etc.

A wonderful hotel with an excellent location. It is located on the top near Victory Park and the observation deck of the city. The staff is wonderful, ready to help with any problems. I don't recommend it. Total disappointment in Reddison. My family stayed at the hotel from April 30th to May 4th. In room 534. Me, my wife and daughter are 9 years old. We are premium users of the Radisson network. The air conditioner was not working in the room. It hasn't been fixed in days. They refused to relocate, they said that there were no available rooms in the hotel, although they could have been safely booked. They brought us one towel and a bathrobe for three people. And after all our requests, nothing has changed. The maids ignore the request to clean the room and just don't show up. They deceived us and brought a cot instead of an extra bed, but they billed us as for a bed. There was a man who smoked a lot in the adjoining room, and the smell of tobacco was coming into our room through the crack under the adjoining door. All our requests to do something were ignored. Maximum frustration. A 5-star hotel shouldn't treat its guests like that.

The first room we were put in was full of some kind of insects, they were even in the bed. The hotel does not correspond to its status at all, it requires renovation and renovation. The gym in the hotel is especially "good", a small room in which it is impossible to breathe, non-working treadmills and an ellipse, ruined repairs, lack of basic sports equipment. The location is for a tourist on 3+. The hill is in close proximity to the lively city center. You will walk once, then take a taxi, even for breakfast. But at the same time, the location is of high quality, in the park, next to the lake.
The rooms are 4. High-quality, beautiful, but there is a certain fatigue from time. The main disadvantage is noise insulation, taking into account the daily disco on the roof of the hotel.
Infrastructure - 4+. A good pool, you can do sports, not swim. There is a sauna (which does not heat).

On March 8, I received flowers that had been standing at the reception for more than an hour and no one tried to bring them to my room until my husband went looking for flowers himself. The hotel is nice, but already tired. In our room, the interior door (in the bathroom) was loose and had been stripped. There were no towels for the feet, there was no balm/conditioner for the hair. And, sorry for the details, there was no brush either.))) The breakfasts were meager, but we didn't stay hungry.

We love Radisson. We always try to stay in this network.
But we didn't like Yerevan:
- you made a mistake with the location (it is located on a mountain not in the center, you are not on foot, there are traffic jams by taxi).
- the hotel is empty, but it looks like we were settled in the worst room we had (and this is if I have a Premium account):
- the second low floor overlooking the parking lot, where cars are constantly running, exhaust fumes enter the room, hotel employees smoke under the window, tobacco smoke enters the room, the blue backlight of the hotel building also enters the room, the room next to the technical elevator.
We are with a four-month-old child, and probably if the hotel wanted us to return to them, we could move into a high room with a view of the beautiful neighboring park.
Let me remind you - the hotel is EMPTY!
There was no desire and no time to ask to move us, but we will definitely not return to this hotel anymore.
Otherwise: the staff is good, the breakfasts are meager, the coffee is very bad, the hotel is clean.

The staff is at the highest level, the breakfasts are networked, and therefore diverse, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the bed linen is pleasant, the infrastructure is developed. We can say that there is no gym, but if you try very hard, you can adapt. The park is adjacent, the view is gorgeous. The center is just around the corner. If you don't like to walk up the steps a lot, then find out the schedule of the escalator on the cascade, otherwise you will have to call a taxi every time. For me, climbing the cascade before going to bed is only beneficial, but this is for an amateur.

From here, of course, you can see Ararat and Akhtanak - Victory Park, and the abandoned Aragil restaurant. But there are two roads leading up the mountain here. Saralandj is a serpentine. During rush hour in the evening, you are guaranteed to get an hour or an hour and a half, where in the morning it takes 2 minutes. Walking is faster. The second road is Komitas Avenue. This is the world champion in traffic jams. This is not some kind of Moscow. The subway is down in the city. The hotel is on the mountain. There is no subway here. All the entertainment is down in the center. Train your legs!

From observations, they are apparently trying to reduce costs, I was here before the pandemic: in all Radisson there was always hot smoked fish for breakfast - they replaced it with chicken; and last time it was possible to brew tea - this option is no longer available - tea is only in bags. Well, considering that there was a large selection of delicious apricots and peaches in Armenia during this period, there was no fruit at all at breakfast. Well, in conclusion, I would like to accept MIR cards (through the terminal of the Armenian branch of VTB).
