My heart was left in Istanbul. And the one of the reasons of it - it is my staying in Radisson Blu! As usual high level service in this hotel’s chain and nice view is opened on the embankment. I was staying there with my Love.

This is my favorite hotel! It's not the first time I've stayed there!
The staff is friendly and the location is excellent, very convenient. Delicious breakfasts, a pleasant SPA area.
My room had just a beautiful view! The bathroom has everything you need: shower gel, shampoo, balm, body cream, which is very convenient, you do not need to carry all this with you.
Only I would like better slippers in the room, what we were provided with was sad, and the floors are very cold in autumn.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at this beautiful hotel and were absolutely delighted! We returned here again after 1.5 years, and the changes were simply amazing.
From the very beginning, we were greeted by friendly staff who did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable. Upon check—in, we were upgraded to a chic room with a balcony, and also treated to complimentary Turkish coffee - such a pleasant gesture!
The hotel is located in the very center, next to Taksim Square, many shops and restaurants. Easy access to all the sights of Istanbul. I recommend choosing rooms with views of the Golden Horn Bay and on the upper floors — the views are simply amazing!
The breakfasts have also changed for the better: an excellent selection of dishes, everything is very tasty and of high quality. The rooms are spacious, beautifully renovated and have a comfortable bed — the pillows are such that you don't want to wake up! There is a coffee machine with capsules in the room, which adds comfort.
I can't help but mention the magnificent spa: clean, with an excellent swimming pool, steam room and sauna.
Special thanks to the staff of Fahriye and Yusuf, who made our vacation even better by fulfilling all our requests and always meeting us halfway.
In general, this place has become a real oasis of coziness and comfort for us. I recommend it to everyone!

Great hotel. The room is beautiful, with a view of the Golden Horn. Clean, everything is comfortable. A large bed, a comfortable mattress and 2 types of pillows. We had a welcome plate of fruit upon arrival. The only negative is the noise of the road at night. Next to the subway. Istiklal is a 10-minute walk away, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Galataport is a 20-minute walk away. We liked everything. I recommend.

I do not know in what year BC this hotel received five stars.. I appreciate the very tired interior, furniture, plumbing. In our room, the shower door was frankly wobbly. The staff is excellent and friendly. Let's put it this way: to spend a couple of nights, if you need this location, it will do. Near the metro and the lively streets in the Galata area with a lot of restaurants. Among the attractions within walking distance are the Galata Tower itself and the unique local flavor. The rooms range from an unfortunate view of the unfinished building opposite, to a view of the bay and the old town. Our semi/view is attached as a photo. The windows are panoramic to the floor, they do not open. Personally, I was stuffy. A busy motorway is a couple of meters away from the hotel, however, the noise did not prevent you from sleeping. The breakfast was not impressive at all, well, there were boiled eggs, it will do in the morning. Breakfasts in hotels are generally not their strongest points. Lunches and dinners were not appreciated, they ate in restaurants around.

Of course, it does not pull at the declared 5 stars! Maximum 3. Very dusty and dirty in the room. We had a partial view of the bay. Well, there was a partial bay, but there was a busy highway below - the window couldn't be opened, the noise was eerie even at night. The battery could not be turned off. Therefore, everyone caught a cold by the end of the first week. The breakfasts are so-so - the same, small selection and mostly European. A one-night hotel for Europeans will do.

The oldest and most dilapidated Radisson of those where the rooms were smaller than in other hotels.
The location is good - up to 5 minutes and you immediately get to Istiklal Street (local Arbat).
By food: breakfast is normal, except for desserts - there is not a single delicious one, some of the desserts are burnt - it is impossible even to cut with a knife. Dessert "Cheesecakes in Russian" - we tried and laughed, even my friend's wife won't cook such tasteless ones, because she won't be able to)))
Room cleaning is good.

It was brought after a call from the tour operator who booked the hotel. The birthday cake and champagne never arrived. I was reminded three times! It didn't come, it didn't come. I booked a chain hotel in the hope of getting high-quality service according to the company's standards. Unfortunately, everything was spoiled by the local mentality, the desire to deceive everyone, to put it mildly. When checking in, they tried to conduct a classic divorce with a deposit. It was announced "You need a card or $ 100 in cash to guarantee the safety of the minibar." Never do this, otherwise you will never see your money (especially dangerous with a card). After a discussion, rejecting this offer, they said pay 50 lira and we will empty your minibar so that you do not steal anything from it. What nonsense! When asked to invite a senior manager, they said they would do it for free. When I entered the room, the bar was already empty, and then the boy came to empty it. The scheme is clear, give me the money in advance for the minibar, but it's already empty!
In addition, the shower room was dirty and the faucet did not work well. Breakfast for 4.
I highly do not recommend this hotel. Be vigilant, do not see each other at the "Turkish hospitality".

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the very attentive and polite staff of the FATMA and SElGUK hotel. We had a pleasant breakfast, they brought us cold champagne, strawberries, and fresh pastries. We wish FATMA and SElGUK the best. Radisson Blu hotel.

The rooms are not bad. The service is very slow. The politeness is strained, the staff is not particularly friendly. Breakfasts are not varied. There is a swimming pool, but the SPA needs repair (the light bulbs are burnt out or flashing, some forbidding papers on the walls are stuck on tape) The spa staff is inattentive and indifferent.
The view from the room is not the Golden Horn Bay. It is better to take higher numbers. In general, it is better to move to Rixos, which is a little further away, higher and closer to Istiklal.

The most terrible hotel of the Radisson chain in which I had to stay.
Extremely tired interior, noisy enough because of the broken window mechanism, I even had to call the master.
The adventures began from the moment of settlement - it was not possible to pay with Gazprombank's UnionPay cards (neither debit nor credit worked), so I paid with a foreign debit card.
However, the receptionist asked for a credit card to block the deposit for the minibar. The Kazakh bank rejected the blocking and the hotel staff found nothing better than emptying the minibar from the room (thank you for leaving the water)).
I am a regular guest of the Radisson network and a member of the loyalty program with Premium status, and this is the first time I have encountered such an attitude. There is no need to talk about any upgrade of the room and compliments from the hotel))
Breakfasts are a separate story) I have not met a more meager choice of food and such poor quality in any Radisson and Park Inn hotel.
A very strong contrast compared to the Hilton Bomonti Hotel, where I spent the first part of my trip to Istanbul.
Complete disappointment in the Radisson network

Up to full - fledged 5***** Istanbul's Radisson Blu Hotel was a little short. Although the rooms are quite spacious, clean and well equipped, including convenient "little things" in the form of an iron with an ironing board, a bathrobe with slippers, a kettle with cups, and in the business rooms there is a coffee machine with Nespresso capsules. We took 2 rooms – standard and business, the main difference between which is the view from the window. In business, this is a wonderful panorama of the old city on the other side of the Golden Horn Strait, and in standard it is a piece of a dull courtyard and communications. Nimble, stable free Wi-Fi, large plasma TV (Russian-language Channel One was discovered), safe, hair dryer, daily renewable complimentary bottled water. The set of toiletries is good, but the shower itself is structurally unsuccessful: it is cramped, and even opens inside, you have to leak into it. Excellent conference facilities (we were at an off-site business event in 2018). The SPA pleased with the fact of its existence, but disappointed with the small size of the pool and non-working options: a dry Jacuzzi and an indoor hammam. Breakfasts for 15 € could have been richer and more interesting (there was tension with hot dishes). We didn't get a check-out at the reception until we checked the inviolability of the minibar. Great hotel. There are minor drawbacks (expensive lobby bar, not very comfortable shower). Overall, everything is fine. Good food and a beautiful view of the strait from the window. Next door is the hotel where Agatha Christie lived. Good location - you can walk around all the main attractions.

This is the worst hotel in my life!!!! During the eviction, they were forced to pay 2000 liras, allegedly they made a mistake and moved us into another room by mistake and billed us at the end! Then they threatened the police and wouldn't let us out of the hotel until we paid! Now our compatriots have limited opportunities to pay in foreign currency and before leaving for the airport we were put in a stupor!! The horror!!! And this is provided that I specified in advance in the evening how much you need to pay for the check-out in order to leave the cache. This bill was precisely for their mistake in the room category. Good day everyone! We are currently staying at this hotel. Everything is on the level! Booked with full board. There is a buffet for breakfast, and a selection of a la carte dishes for lunch and dinner. Everything is delicious, the service is fast. The staff is very nice and helpful. Special thanks to the manager named Pasa. The rooms are excellent, with good sound insulation. There are many restaurants nearby for every taste. We are happy with everything!!!

We stayed at this hotel for four days during the March holidays in 2022. The level of the hotel does not correspond to the stated stars, it is a solid three, no more. There is no Russian-speaking staff at the hotel, keep this in mind when checking in. The rooms are dirty, towels were brought in a full set every other time, there are no bathrobes, which is generally strange for a 5-star hotel, a pool with a spa area for three, breakfasts are also for three. The rooms facing the Basfort are not very comfortable on the ground floor, because there is a strong audibility from the road. The staff does not respond to requests (we asked to bring a hair dryer to the room, but did not wait). We were disappointed with the hotel, for such money it is better to choose other options. We will not stay at this hotel anymore.

Excellent location of the hotel, courteous staff, good breakfasts (special thanks to the wonderful Tugba for their hospitality), cleaning every day. We improved the room with a view of the Bosphorus at no extra charge, despite the rather high workload of the hotel. I recommend it: an excellent choice for tourists.

Up to 5 stars are far away primarily in terms of the cleanliness of the rooms and the whiteness of the bed linen. There is dust on the floor, some small specks of paper, elastic bands from hair… The toilet was obviously not cleaned by our arrival, as follows, and there is no need to talk about the sign on it that it was treated with antiseptic, etc. Sound insulation from the corridor and neighboring rooms is "0". View from the window 👌 - if you take it with the corresponding paid option, I do not know the others. The location of the hotel is convenient for those who want to walk along Istiklal Street.
The mirrors in the rooms are all in divorces (first they were moved into one corner room, then, at our insistent request, they were moved to another). The smell of cigarettes from the next room was felt in our room. Gels and shampoos are given out directly by 1 piece. The reception is tiny with an unfriendly girl-a hotel employee. In general, the good name of the 5* chain hotel was not confirmed at all at a very low price. Our rating is 3+ or 4—. We do not recommend and will not go there anymore.
