Very good location. The hostess is Russian. Reasonable minimalism. It's pretty good for that kind of money. Quiet and peaceful.The mattresses were only unsuccessful in the room.And yet, the kitchen is very short of a stove. For those who want to have a good time, I think this is not the place. The owners have kids on the ground floor there, revelry will not be allowed.In the room at the door, you will be greeted by a list of what you can and cannot do.We have children ourselves, so we liked it.

We arrived from Athos a week ago, rested in this guest house, we liked everything: economy class rooms, but with air conditioning, which is very important in the current heat. The toilet and shower are on the floor, but they are always clean, there is never a queue. The location is very convenient: 5 minutes to the sea, all the sights are within walking distance. The hosts are very hospitable, it is clear that they are trying very hard to make their guest house even better. The kitchen has everything for proper cooking: kettle, microwave, slow cooker, everything is clean and well maintained. We will be happy to come again!

Just yesterday, on August 24, 2024, we arrived from New Athos, where we lived in the Raduga guest house. We went with a travel agency and did not immediately specify what conditions we would live in. And the conditions turned out to be so-so. The only advantage of this guest house is its location. Very close to the beach, park, around a lot of canteens, cafes, shops and near the branch of Sberbank and post office. That's all the advantages. The rest is with a minus sign. There is a kitchen, but there is no stove. How to cook food is not clear. A microwave, an electric kettle, which is clearly not enough for all vacationers, 2 refrigerators, one of which is old and small. The ironing board is far from the outlet. We have to drag her back and forth. An iron with a burnt sole, white can not be ironed, immediately traces! Very uncomfortable mattresses! Toilet seats do not match the shape and size of the toilet, much smaller! The showers are dirty! There is no lighting in the yard. It is clear that this is an economy accommodation option, but the economy is different. In general, friends, don't set foot there anymore! There is a choice now. And I do not recommend this guest house.

The location of the hotel is very good, it is located next to the park. shops , transport, bank, everything is within walking distance. The room is simple, but it couldn't be better for this money. There is a kitchen with everything you need. The owners are very nice people , a separate heart for Charlie the dog 🫶🏻

The hotel is very conveniently located in the center of New Athos. You can walk to caves, monastery, waterfalls. Nearby is the Swan Park. To the sea from 2 minutes (in a straight line), up to 5 minutes via a pedestrian crossing. The room had air conditioning, mosquito net, TV. Two showers and two toilets on each floor. Paper and soap are always available. Everything was clean, there were no queues. Hot water around the clock.
The dining area is downstairs, spoons, plates, forks, cups - all utensils are available. Electric kettle, microwave, slow cooker. Dishwashing detergents.
The hosts are friendly, they will always help if necessary.
Nearby there are shops, cafes, pizzerias, pharmacy, bank within walking distance.

I was vacationing this summer in a wonderful place. In the center of Mount Athos, everything is nearby and shops and Sberbank and Central Park. The rooms are spacious and clean. Separate summer kitchen. The hosts are very friendly. The rest was a success! I recommend it to everyone.

Rooms without amenities, toilets and showers on the floor. The location of housing in a convenient location is the only plus.
I think the price for accommodation is too high, the furniture is outdated.
It is necessary either to reduce the price for accommodation or to improve conditions. The yard is not well maintained, in general, it is clear that they do not invest money in business development.

We rested in the rainbow at the end of September 2022. Everything is as in the photo. 2-3 floors are for rent, 2 showers and 2 toilets on each floor. There were no queues during the stay. There are several washbasins in the hallway on each floor. The summer kitchen is spacious in a separate room, there are refrigerators, a kettle, a slow cooker and a variety of dishes. One of the disadvantages is the lack of an electric stove.

Shower, washbasin and toilet are about 6 meters from the room , but because there is a rolling power outage in Abkhazia, not everyone can be comfortable with it. From 1 to 3, the lights are completely turned off in New Athos.. There is no desire to go out into the corridor in pitch darkness))

Yes!! I really liked it. Although the facilities on the floor (always got in without a queue) and there is no stove in the kitchen (replaces the slow cooker). The refrigerator is shared in the kitchen, it is a separate room.
The room was rented by 3 people (3 single beds, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, a table with a mirror, air conditioning. On the 3rd floor, Windows facing the courtyard). You can wash your laundry for 150rubles. Always clean and tidy.
But there is a sea 5 minutes walk away. There is a wonderful New Athos with its history!! Wonderful, friendly, welcoming hosts!!! I have the warmest impressions!! Thank them for the warmth and attention they show to their guests!!

Very modestly, the owners need to develop more in the service sector. The furniture is old, there is an unpleasant smell in the room, the windows are dirty. Wi-Fi connection is only in the room, the TV shows very poorly, practically does not show, only interference. The bed linen has not been changed once in 10 days. There is one slow cooker in the kitchen, one kettle, the dishes are all chipped. The only plus is the sea nearby.

Pleasant minimalism, clean and tidy, nothing superfluous and everything for 600 rubles a day. The convenient location, we can say, is the very center of New Athos. The rooms are spacious, double-glazed windows (provide good sound insulation - this is a huge plus, since frogs croak terribly loudly at night in Swan Lake across the river), there is air conditioning. 2 toilets and 2 showers per floor (like 5 rooms per floor) - I never stood in line in the morning. The kitchen is in a separate annex in the courtyard. There are 2 cafes and a restaurant 20 meters away. A pleasant hostess, she will show and tell you everything. No imposition of additional services, meals - here you can really relax and plan your day on your own

Apparently, it was too lazy to remove it. But that's half the trouble. We connected to their WiFi on the street to figure out where to go, because there is roaming in Abkhazia. So the employees of the Rainbow jumped out, demanded to get out, were rude, and in addition turned off the Internet.
