I don't know about the maternity hospital itself, I was only pregnant there. Thanks to Tatyana Vladimirovna, she gave birth to a healthy, strong baby. The interior is clean, the staff is polite, there is always water. The ultrasound doctor is excellent. The only thing that remained was the sediment, in the end there was not enough money paid at the beginning. I took too many and too many tests. When the reception staff considered why we didn't have enough bags, the girl was surprised that she had passed so many tests. Although the pregnancy proceeded calmly. In any case, I recommend pregnancy management here.

In the autumn of 2024, my father's wife gave birth. They praised the clinic in the polyclinic. They took 800,000 tenge for pregnancy management and COP. But after the COP, bleeding started 6 hours later, they were transferred to the intensive care unit, and blood was transfused. The condition has been stabilized. It's good that everything worked out. Nurses rarely come in, they waited for documents for 2 hours at discharge, there is no security at the checkpoint (a very drunk relative went to the woman in labor all 5 days unhindered). There are 2 beds in the ward, a TV, a small table, there is a shower in the toilet, modestly, there is nothing wow. At discharge, they billed 500,000 for resuscitation and blood transfusion (the question why resuscitation is not included in the total payment was surprised). In the lobby, the services of a saxophonist and a photographer were offered for a fee.
Bottom line: after paying good money, a simple COP will be made with a complication and additional money will be charged from you.
An interesting question is, if you had been warned in advance that intensive care was paid, would it make sense to give birth here?
Or after intensive care at discharge, non-incoming expenses could not be paid, what then?

This is the worst kind of house. Sarah Seilovna gave birth to a butcher, a habalka and a monster. Childbirth is not according to protocol at all. They overpaid for services that they did not even receive, director Inessa Pvvlovna does not even answer calls and SMS. There is simply no postpartum care.

At the end of September, the doctor Kobzar Nadezhda Nikolaevna signed a contract for childbirth with the maternity hospital "Rahat". The whole pregnancy proceeded perfectly, but a week ago (37 weeks of pregnancy) there was a problem with the eyes, the contract says that in this case it is necessary to inform the doctor urgently, and then the nightmare began, which lasted a day and ended with my hysteria. Kobzar, after reading the information about my situation, called and started YELLING that Rahat would not take me, so that I would not even go to them, so that I would not even think about turning to them, they refuse me, they will return the money to me in full, and so on. The main thing is that I called an ambulance and did not come to Rahat. Kobzar called and screamed and threw the phone throughout the evening. The next day, I passed all the tests and while waiting for the results, Kobzar again started calling and yelling and throwing tubes. The witnesses are my family. As a result, she brought me to hysterics, my blood pressure jumped and I had to call an ambulance. As soon as Kobzar N.N. found out about the ambulance, she stopped being interested in me. I never called or wrote. Therefore, the main thing about Kobzar and Rahat is to remember, if you suddenly feel bad, then you will be thrown out and will never be remembered about you. And yes, a doctor who is hysterical, screams, and rages can he work with women in labor, or is Nadezhda N. just tired and has become not the same? I attach a screenshot to make it clear how this man raged and pleased me despite the long term.

Great family. Doctors are real specialists, my wife gave birth and I am very happy. I especially want to mention the obstetrician-gynecologist Kim Oleg Dykenovich, he has golden hands, a doctor from God. The rooms are gorgeous, the staff is very attentive. Women in labor are given gifts, which is very pleasant. There are only two big disadvantages, the parking is always clogged and very slow, and the only elevator. But the professionalism of doctors overrides this.

In this institution, the spouse was led to childbirth. Actually, they gave birth here.
It was terrible, from the impolite and careless midwives to the emergency COP.
During the management, they promised us a cool service, they said that they take a couple of deliveries a day. In practice, it turned out that not a couple. Most likely, many difficulties of our experience were connected with this.
There were no staff around during the fights. I had to constantly run and ask for help, look, check.
In the morning, the wife was not served breakfast. After two hours of waiting, with the help of obscenities and swearing with the staff, breakfast was brought. By this time, his wife's sugar was falling and she was no longer up to eating.
We decided to put an oxytocin drip on. They put it past the vein. As a result of a hematoma. They came to rearrange it. It all started to bleed.
To control the baby's heartbeat, the ultrasound was set. The sensor fell off almost immediately. The staff didn't really care about that. I went out to get sweet tea for my wife. When I saw that the sensor had fallen off, I made a noise in the department. The sensor was rearranged and it immediately became clear that there were problems.
The doctor came in about 20 minutes later because they couldn't find her. She came and said that they would do an emergency COP.
After the baby was born, I spent half a day trying to find a cradle for him. To which I was told that there are no free cradles right now, everyone is busy.
For half a day, a newborn baby weighing 3.5 kg was in his arms or in a "cocoon", which was urgently brought to us.
I can talk for a long time about our extremely negative experience, but I know for sure that I will never contact this institution again and will dissuade all my loved ones in order to avoid such an experience.
In conclusion, I will say that I am a doctor myself and I understand that the problems we are facing are not separate difficulties, it is a systemic extremely poor-quality approach to organizing processes inside this maternity hospital.
Thank God everything went well and now our son is fine🙏
