A hotel of this level additionally sells the cheapest shampoo and shower gel. Seriously? The hotel was chosen by location. Within walking distance of the park, Hadrian's Gate, the old town of Kaleici, the old port. There is a tram stop next to the hotel and the Antrey high-speed tram is a 10-minute walk away. Antalya Airport is 25-30 minutes away by taxi. The rooms are large, we had a deluxe suite with partial sea view. The room has a large bathroom, air conditioning, refrigerator, iron, TV with a large selection of channels. A very beautiful and unusual beach, located on platforms in the rock. Outdoor and large indoor pools, hammam, sauna, gym. The restaurant is large, with an outdoor terrace. The food is average, rather monotonous. Anti-smoking measures with the distribution of dishes create some inconveniences. There was no animation in October, but in the evenings every other day there are piano concerts in the lobby, I really liked it.

But for a fee 👀 I'm used to 5 ⭐ being really "EVERYTHING is off" 🤔 There are few Russians, but there are many Russian speakers from Ukraine who try to speak Ukrainian, but they are not doing well. I've watched a couple who speak mov in public, and when they think no one hears them, they speak the purest Russian 🤯 There are no inscriptions of dishes in Russian in the dining room 👎 It would be good to forbid taking up beds in advance. I couldn't find a place for a long time, I see one sunbed is free, but the girl resting next to me said that it was occupied. Several hours have passed, and no one has come to that place. What the hell????

The atmosphere in the hotel is friendly, everything works so that customers can relax and enjoy the services of the hotel. The hotel is 18+ for a relaxing stay. Heated pools. Ultra inclusive means an in-room bar, safe, Wi-Fi, hammam, swimming pool, gym, alcoholic drinks, snack bar on the beach - drinks and snacks, everything is free. The hotel is located on a quiet street. And in front of the hotel, across the street, in front of the hotel there are a couple of convenience grocery stores and a fruit stand, a pharmacy, a currency exchange, a taxi stand. The hotel is within walking distance (5 minutes) of a beautiful park, the old town of Kaleichi, Ishiklar street- the street of wedding salons-I call it)), there are sooo many of them there! Through the park you can go to the old town, to Adrian's gate, or you can take a ride on a tram or bus, where you can pay for the trip with a bank card. Several times we took a taxi from the hotel to Charshamba Bazaar costs 20 liras, to Antalya Airport 15 liras. So that the prices are not sky-high. I was amazed by the huge number of tangerine trees strewn with fragrant tangerines))) Antalya's air is fresh, even in November it's kind of spring))) My husband and I were from November 6 to 13 and swam in the sea - the water is 24 degrees even warmer than our Volga and Akhtuba in summer! The air temperature is 28 g on average. A huge number of endless restaurants, cafes, snack bars, which, by the way, we never visited, because after hearty lunches, dinners in the Ramada, we absolutely did not want to eat anywhere. Antalya has very kind, smiling people, people are ready to help, tell you how, where to go, many speak Russian, English and in the hotel as well. The hotel hosts piano music evenings, I'm not a fan, but I enjoyed listening while sipping a cocktail on the cozy lounge sofa. In general, you can't describe everything right away, but for those who want not only a relaxing holiday, but also great shopping, as well as wonderful walks around the beautiful city, the Ramada Plaza Antalya hotel is the best choice! I highly recommend it. I have not identified any shortcomings) And, and one more feature - everything is provided for wheelchair users in the hotel, this is the absence of thresholds, additional doors, an elevator, parapets at the entrance to the restaurant and in the hotel, etc. I will be glad if my review will be useful to anyone.

I stayed at this hotel in mid-October 2021. Of THE ADVANTAGES: Panoramic views, incredibly beautiful, the sea is turquoise, clean. I liked the solution- the sun beds are on wooden terraces, there is a descent down the stairs to the sea. The second advantage is the location of the hotel. For an evening promenade along the ancient streets, walks in the park and shopping - it's the best. Well, it was very important for me, the SPA area is excellent, according to the recommendations I took a massage course from Svetlana. Very professional. And I'm a doctor, I know what I'm talking about. Well, I liked the room, in a new building, overlooking the sea. Thanks to Nail, who helped, because initially I had a Deluxe room with a view of the city. Of the cons. These are the staff at the hotel, especially in the "restaurant". I just don't want to remember. And everyone writes about it, but apparently the hotel administration does not consider it necessary to change anything. Sorry. Food, for 3. I ate mostly cheeses and olives. But it's just my decision. You won't stay hungry. Although I noticed that when they write like that, there are problems with food at the hotel.

I was with my wife at this hotel from 21.1 to 28.10, 2021. Attracted by the 5 * and the first line from the sea, as well as the location near the historical center (old town), The impressions remained contradictory. Our plane arrived at 5.20 am, we were at the hotel an hour later. Of course there was no number. As a result, I had to wait for the number for more than 7 hours. I don't blame the hotel, but I didn't notice that they tried to put us in an empty room early. I don't believe that no one left earlier in seven hours. As a result of numerous self-reminders and complaints, the senior manager was given a room after 14:00 on the 6th floor "with a side view of the sea." That's what we ordered. We were told that, due to the desire to get a room on the upper floors (11 floors in total), we had to wait because they are more scarce.Is it your fault? But, all rooms below the fifth have practically no sea view, because they look at the wall and windows of neighboring houses, although they do not inform about it in advance in the description of the rooms. The room was not bad, but it had a lot of minor flaws: the lock of the door to the loggia did not close, there was no bracket for hand towels, and they hung where foot towels should hang. The shower-watering can of the "tropical rain" type did not work. The beds are comfortable, but for some reason they gave only one thin blanket of small width. This did not create a big problem in the heat, but in cool weather, hiding them together is very problematic. We took the breakfast-dinner program, not all inclusive, because we wanted to avoid being tied to lunch time in the afternoon (lunch according to our plan). As a result, some rather strange moments arose. For example, when during dinner on the second day we were suddenly told that because of this we have juice (very low quality, by the way) for an additional fee. Such a tiny fight did not please. Breakfast at the hotel, despite the five-star rating, is quite monotonous: mostly different dry pastries, plus vegetables and some fruits (melon, apples, grapes, tangerines), egg, omelet, coffee.There are no sausages, as well as good cheeses. There is something like pale pink ham made from chicken or turkey. and two types of cheese cut into large cubes:yellow and white. Butter and jams in miniature plastic containers. But, the inscriptions on them are only in Turkish. Therefore, you can only understand what it is: butter or soft cheese by tasting it. We weren't supposed to have lunch. And, well, the dinners are much more diverse - it was nice. Almost every day there was delicious fried fish: dorado, river trout or red; delicious fried potatoes in slices, chicken in one form or another, mutton not always and many different snacks including sushi. A large number of different vegetables and salads is always a good thing. There was also a sweet counter during dinner. And very diverse. Now about something else. The disadvantages include the fact that the outdoor pool, which was advertised as a heated pool, was with very cold water.Since my English is not very perfect (the staff is not either), I do not speak Turkish, and there are no Russian-speaking managers at the reception - it was not possible to find out why. The hotel also has a large platform (platform) with sun beds built on a rocky shore made of metal and wooden flooring, from where a staircase leads to the sea. I can swim, but I can't say it's comfortable.The depth starts immediately from 2.5 meters, and you have to dive down the stairs. but the water is very clean-no algae, rocks covering the bottom are visible at a depth of three meters. The TV in the room allowed you to watch several Russian-language programs, which was convenient. However, in the end we had a not too pleasant "surprise". Our plane left late at night. And we asked to extend the stay (for a fee, of course) But we were only allowed to do this until 4 p.m. at a rate of 10 euros per hour. At the same time, I paid about 116 dollars per day to the travel company. All the questions: why such a draconian tariff (after all, we do not use all-inclusive services during the day, so we will not have lunch and dinner, and we do not need to clean the room) - we came across the statement that this is such a fixed tariff in case of extension. But we did not live according to the all-inclusive program and for a few hours we simply could not use any services or visit buffets and a restaurant! It was an appeal to the deaf: if you don't like the fare, vacate the room and you can sit in the lobby. Or pay. The disadvantages also include the absence of a Russian-speaking employee at the reception, which made it very difficult to resolve various issues.In general, according to the sum of my impressions, I think that this hotel is similar to 3*+ or 4*, but not 5*. Anyway, in Dubai, in a 3* hotel, also near the beach, the room, service and food were not worse at all, and the pool was really heated.

They promised free imported alcohol, but it turned out to be of such poor quality that you can't drink it, and in the morning your head may break from a hangover. The cost of the hotel is not cheap, in fact, the hotel is in Spain, where 3 * wins in all respects. The staff pretends that they do not speak Russian, then pretends that they do not understand English either. If you do not leave a tip, then the room is not cleaned, and they also take all the towels. The canteen staff puts food on demand, but does not speak, neither in Russian nor in English, while having to stand in line for food, the attitude of the chefs is as if I am a beggar and came for free food, which they do not really want to give. At the reception we were promised a free breakfast in the room, but when it came to breakfast, they began to ask for 15 euros per person. Our guide offered us sightseeing tours for 50% more than their actual cost. At the hotel, I couldn't help but think that the staff was trying to deceive me. Overall, the impressions were lousy. Of the advantages, the only access to the sea is that there is no sand. But if you don't swim well, then this option is not for you

I read reviews about this hotel, at first I was a little upset, thinking that the money was wasted.Once there, I was pleasantly surprised.Magnificent views, friendly staff.Delicious varied food.The number of dishes is off the scale:squid,mussels,fish,cheeses, lots of fruits (12 types).A huge number of desserts.The only minor drawback is the lack of self-service (but at 12 o'clock (late dinner) you can choose yourself).Evening entertainment includes concerts,karaoke,dancing.It is convenient for couples without children.This is not a beach hotel, but an active holiday with walks around the city.Room cleaning is excellent.
