I was with my wife at this hotel from 21.1 to 28.10, 2021. Attracted by the 5 * and the first line from the sea, as well as the location near the historical center (old town), The impressions remained contradictory. Our plane arrived at 5.20 am, we were at the hotel an hour later. Of course there was no number. As a result, I had to wait for the number for more than 7 hours. I don't blame the hotel, but I didn't notice that they tried to put us in an empty room early. I don't believe that no one left earlier in seven hours. As a result of numerous self-reminders and complaints, the senior manager was given a room after 14:00 on the 6th floor "with a side view of the sea." That's what we ordered. We were told that, due to the desire to get a room on the upper floors (11 floors in total), we had to wait because they are more scarce.Is it your fault? But, all rooms below the fifth have practically no sea view, because they look at the wall and windows of neighboring houses, although they do not inform about it in advance in the description of the rooms. The room was not bad, but it had a lot of minor flaws: the lock of the door to the loggia did not close, there was no bracket for hand towels, and they hung where foot towels should hang. The shower-watering can of the "tropical rain" type did not work. The beds are comfortable, but for some reason they gave only one thin blanket of small width. This did not create a big problem in the heat, but in cool weather, hiding them together is very problematic. We took the breakfast-dinner program, not all inclusive, because we wanted to avoid being tied to lunch time in the afternoon (lunch according to our plan). As a result, some rather strange moments arose. For example, when during dinner on the second day we were suddenly told that because of this we have juice (very low quality, by the way) for an additional fee. Such a tiny fight did not please. Breakfast at the hotel, despite the five-star rating, is quite monotonous: mostly different dry pastries, plus vegetables and some fruits (melon, apples, grapes, tangerines), egg, omelet, coffee.There are no sausages, as well as good cheeses. There is something like pale pink ham made from chicken or turkey. and two types of cheese cut into large cubes:yellow and white. Butter and jams in miniature plastic containers. But, the inscriptions on them are only in Turkish. Therefore, you can only understand what it is: butter or soft cheese by tasting it. We weren't supposed to have lunch. And, well, the dinners are much more diverse - it was nice. Almost every day there was delicious fried fish: dorado, river trout or red; delicious fried potatoes in slices, chicken in one form or another, mutton not always and many different snacks including sushi. A large number of different vegetables and salads is always a good thing. There was also a sweet counter during dinner. And very diverse. Now about something else. The disadvantages include the fact that the outdoor pool, which was advertised as a heated pool, was with very cold water.Since my English is not very perfect (the staff is not either), I do not speak Turkish, and there are no Russian-speaking managers at the reception - it was not possible to find out why. The hotel also has a large platform (platform) with sun beds built on a rocky shore made of metal and wooden flooring, from where a staircase leads to the sea. I can swim, but I can't say it's comfortable.The depth starts immediately from 2.5 meters, and you have to dive down the stairs. but the water is very clean-no algae, rocks covering the bottom are visible at a depth of three meters. The TV in the room allowed you to watch several Russian-language programs, which was convenient. However, in the end we had a not too pleasant "surprise". Our plane left late at night. And we asked to extend the stay (for a fee, of course) But we were only allowed to do this until 4 p.m. at a rate of 10 euros per hour. At the same time, I paid about 116 dollars per day to the travel company. All the questions: why such a draconian tariff (after all, we do not use all-inclusive services during the day, so we will not have lunch and dinner, and we do not need to clean the room) - we came across the statement that this is such a fixed tariff in case of extension. But we did not live according to the all-inclusive program and for a few hours we simply could not use any services or visit buffets and a restaurant! It was an appeal to the deaf: if you don't like the fare, vacate the room and you can sit in the lobby. Or pay. The disadvantages also include the absence of a Russian-speaking employee at the reception, which made it very difficult to resolve various issues.In general, according to the sum of my impressions, I think that this hotel is similar to 3*+ or 4*, but not 5*. Anyway, in Dubai, in a 3* hotel, also near the beach, the room, service and food were not worse at all, and the pool was really heated.

Food for all fans of defrosted foods and semi-finished products. In 10 days of the so-called ultra-inclusive, I lost 3 kg. At least in the city you can find a place where they feed normally. They promised free imported alcohol, but it turned out to be of such poor quality that you can't drink it, and in the morning your head may break from a hangover.
The cost of the hotel is not cheap, in fact, the hotel is in Spain, where 3 * wins in all respects. The staff pretends that they do not speak Russian, then pretends that they do not understand English either. If you do not leave a tip, then the room is not cleaned, and they also take all the towels. The canteen staff puts food on demand, but does not speak, neither in Russian nor in English, while having to stand in line for food, the attitude of the chefs is as if I am a beggar and came for free food, which they do not really want to give.
At the reception we were promised a free breakfast in the room, but when it came to breakfast, they began to ask for 15 euros per person.
Our guide offered us sightseeing tours for 50% more than their actual cost.
At the hotel, I couldn't help but think that the staff was trying to deceive me. Overall, the impressions were lousy.
Of the advantages, the only access to the sea is that there is no sand. But if you don't swim well, then this option is not for you

Overall, it's not bad. But paper cups instead of cups in the rooms, chopsticks instead of spoons, worn-out bathrobes and the lack of balm in the rooms somehow does not correspond to 5 stars. The water in the outdoor heated pool was cold. But the view from the restaurant is beautiful and the breakfast is good.

I read reviews about this hotel, at first I was a little upset, thinking that the money was wasted.Once there, I was pleasantly surprised.Magnificent views, friendly staff.Delicious varied food.The number of dishes is off the scale:squid,mussels,fish,cheeses, lots of fruits (12 types).A huge number of desserts.The only minor drawback is the lack of self-service (but at 12 o'clock (late dinner) you can choose yourself).Evening entertainment includes concerts,karaoke,dancing.It is convenient for couples without children.This is not a beach hotel, but an active holiday with walks around the city.Room cleaning is excellent.

I am currently staying with my family at this hotel.
I will definitely not go here and I do not recommend it to others.
1. Food
Due to coronavirus measures, the buffet now consists of food stands fenced with red tape and staff standing at the distribution. There is no way to approach the dishes and see what they are like. The hotel staff who serve food do not even know basic words in Russian, if they do not understand what you want, they start to freak out. The food is put on very little or just with a mountain.
2. The hotel is not well maintained, the glass and other smooth surfaces are never washed.
Rust by the pool, the pool itself is not heated. Everything else is shabby, and you won't see it on official photos.
3. Attitude towards Russians.
Condescending-dismissive.
If you approach a foreigner at the same time, the staff turns to him first, it's even funny. No polite smiles for you, the feeling that your presence is barely tolerated. They don't speak Russian in the hotel, not at all.
In general, not a foot here anymore, let them lick their foreigners further, and we will look for better and more friendly places))

The hotel is beyond praise! There is something to compare it with. Closing your eyes to the tiny minuses, you can say that the rest was a success. Delicious and varied food, high-quality alcohol, strong tea and Turkish coffee in the bar. The staff is quite friendly and responsive. There is a gym and sauna, and an indoor pool nearby. I didn't like the hammam, unlike the sauna. There are no kids, although there are events every day. I recommend it! Moreover, within walking distance of the park and the fascinating old town, the port. It's a fairy tale in the evening!

In short: the hotel is located in a part of the city where there are no heaps of olinclusive hotels. It has its own beach on a cliff, entering the water along ladders and immediately to the depth, so there were no small children. Noisy parties too. We rested quietly and comfortably. The rooms are not tired, although they have some cosmetic flaws. It is suitable for those who want to stay away from the atmosphere of zero tourism and quietly discover Turkey from a slightly different side. Therefore, I advise you to take accommodation only with breakfast, there are a lot of places around where you can find food to taste. We discovered a good restaurant "LemanKultur", it is not on Yandex.maps, so I write about it right there (the cuisine is European and Asian, on average it came out for 100 lira for two).
There are also various attractions within walking distance from the hotel, for example Hadrian's Gate. Either it is fashionable to take the KL08 bus nearby and take it to the waterfall, or to the cable car.
Summarizing the review, the main advantage is the location of the hotel.

I've been dreaming of living in this hotel for two years.They usually lived somewhere nearby, and as the fox walked around and around him, she finally got there.We lived in an economy room on the 2nd floor for 9 days for 47 thousand per person.There is a lot of pathos and pomp.You walk into the hall, and the Layout Resembles a prison.They don't speak Russian at the reception.Sometimes the saleswoman from the shop in the lobby was called, she knows Russian, and some employees from the spa area.In the evenings, a woman plays the piano in the hall.There were all the accessories in the room.Masks, Soap, shampoos, toothbrush, nail file, comb, shower cap In the refrigerator, 2 bottles of water, some drinks in cans, and beer is paid.They cleaned it every day, but not to a shine. The food was disappointing! For 9 days, the menu is the same.On day 4, I already learned everything by heart.The payment was only for breakfast.I don't eat half of what they cook.And the sight of some of the food was scary.Fried sausages floating in oil, fried, sometimes carcinogenic, chicken drumsticks.Overly oily chicken nuggets. Cheese sometimes came across with a smell, probably leftovers from the previous day.There is no jam at all, only jams in layer masks.Honey is only in the honeycomb.3 kinds of omelets for breakfast, but these eggs were already sick on day 4.In general, for 5* the choice of food is very poor.Half of the racks were empty.I looked at other hotels where my friends lived, b4 *, much better with food. I forgot my hat on the beach and my swimsuit in the hammam.I asked the employees where the forgotten things were being handed over, they said everything was taken to the reception.We still haven't found anything! Little things, but not pleasant! That's what upset me! The hotel is more designed for foreigners.The prices for spa services are expensive.

This is the second time we rest in this Ramada. The quality has decreased, if it was previously rated at 5+, now it's just 5, and sometimes it's lame. The restaurant has a very small selection of dishes, variety happens only with a large arrival, but as soon as the people left, that's it, there's nothing to eat right away. Previously, it was possible to take bottled water in any quantity from the restaurant, now it is 1 bottle per room, well, this is generally nonsense. Therefore, you have to go to all sorts of tricks to have enough water, especially if a person drinks a lot of water🤦🏼♀️ Two years ago, there were bathrobes in the room, this time they are not there, although they took a De-suite room. In the lobby, nuts, pistachios, popcorn were given to beer by default, but now you have to go and ask for them separately. It seems to be small things, but we chose this hotel precisely because of such pleasant moments, and, to be honest, we were a little disappointed. By the way, today is December 11th, and the Christmas tree has just been decorated, and that's not very nice. There is no holiday spirit at all in the whole hotel, it's sad. But, of course, the location of the Ramada is a huge plus: a great park is two minutes away, the old town of Kaleici is five minutes away, and the very center of the city is ten minutes away. Everything seems to be fine, but the lack of pleasant little things really affects.
