It's a very nice place, it feels like a family cafe/restaurant, and there are high chairs for kids.
The background music is Italian.
The service is excellent, not intrusive.
There's only one bathroom.
So far, in all public catering establishments in Lugansk, where I have visited, there is no hot water in the washbasin, which is uncomfortable.
The "Gardens of Pridnestrovie" juices, I personally really like them.
There is a lunch menu, it's a pity that this is not announced.
