We arrived home from Abkhazia yesterday, at the Ryda Hotel. The most positive impressions! Great big room, has everything you need, including bathrobes and slippers and beach towels! Daily cleaning and change of towels, meals for 5+! The food is very tasty and varied! A special "thank you" to the hotel staff! Very polite and helpful girls at the reception! They delve into the problem and try to solve it! I recommend the hotel for a holiday, the prices are very budget, I will be happy to return to rest! There are two wishes :
- change the employee at the beach! The beach is dirty, and the employee is buried in the phone, you can also collect large garbage. During the 11 days of arrival, dirty shorts, one sneaker, etc. were lying around. When asked to put sun beds and an umbrella, he nods his head and delves into the phone. Later he remembers that he is at work, drags the sunbeds, throws them furiously and leaves! Many people wear sun beds themselves!
- if possible, for those who want to arrange half board (breakfast + dinner)
Otherwise, everything is fine! I will be happy to return to this hotel

I will give five stars to this place of our vacation in July 2024. There is my review on Yandex.Traveling. We booked in advance by e-mail from the website. Saida's manager answered all the questions, offered several check-in options and a discount for an earlier booking. We chose the optimal one and were very pleased with our choice. We had a family vacation with a teenage daughter and parents. The check-in was quick as soon as we arrived, the room was spacious, wet cleaning was done right in front of us, as we had previously requested. The bathroom is clean, there is everything you need. The staff is polite, the reception staff, the dining room, the guy on the beach are trying their best. Well done! This makes the overall atmosphere in the hotel very pleasant. A separate comment on the work of the dining room: please carry on your hands and take great care of your cook. I have high nutritional requirements, so I thank you for high-quality, fresh, delicious food. I do not rule out the possibility of returning to the hotel, as I adore Old Gagra, and my parents are already planning a vacation here in June 2025.

Everything in it is fine, and the staff, and the beautiful well-groomed territory, and the food!
Everything is delicious and varied every day. The only downside is cleaning. When we moved in, the room had a dirty floor, even our feet and socks were black, walking on this floor. Therefore, the rooms are cleaned for three. But then, on the other days, when we went to the sea and handed over the key for cleaning the room, it didn't seem to happen again. And vacuumed, and the floor was wiped. Our room was great) a double bed, an armchair, a sofa and a table) a TV with many channels. You can call by phone and order something at the restaurant, which is located right above the dining room)
We had a rest with a child at the end of August 2023.
For a family holiday, it's just perfect, the sea is across the street, the beach from the hotel, and sun beds and towels are all included in the price. But keep in mind that there is a restaurant across the street, and there may be loud music until 12 at night)) And a busy road. We had a balcony on the other side. But it didn't bother us. Thanks a lot to the staff, all great fellows❤️ If there is any problem, it will be solved immediately. We really liked it❤
