They are great fellows, they always competently answer all questions and help solve ALL problems that arise! Especially when you consider the fact that now the load on them is inadequate due to the insane flow of those who need to be connected. It's impossible to reach them by phone right now, BUT there's a life hack - write to them on Viber, they'll definitely answer you (or better yet, take a video or photo to clearly explain what the problem is) . I connected their cash desks to two companies: retail and regular passenger transportation. For managers and accountants, Real Digital interacts with other process automation programs (FLYSOFT for retail of labeled goods, 1C accounting, integration and data upload, everything can be configured).
