Having asked a question about a possible auction, she replied that she would try to do her best, because objectively the auction was appropriate. After viewing the apartment, she offered to use the services of an agency to support the transaction, describing in sufficient detail what they include. For us, people from another city, it was very convenient, because we wanted to spend minimal personal time and protect ourselves from possible risks. As a result, the transaction was completed promptly, all documents were prepared in advance, the bank, the notary were clearly timed. Sooner or later, people face the need to sell/buy real estate. In my case, an apartment in the city of Gomel was for sale. At first, there was an attempt to solve the issue independently by placing an ad on a large Internet resource. As a result, there are a lot of questionable calls and not a single really interested buyer. The situation was complicated by the fact that the apartment was located in Gomel, and I live in Minsk and the prospect of traveling "idle" somehow did not please.
