For two days, I drove my Citroen around the city on a tow truck for various services. Everyone just threw up their hands!
As a result, it was done here in two hours.
I paid more for the tow truck than for the master, not to mention that all previous services charged me for diagnostics and did nothing!!!

Not everyone wants to repair an American in 2021 with a recessed interior. We turned to the "Auto Intensive Care Unit". The service station has the necessary knowledge and equipment for diagnosis and repair. They took the diagnosis quickly, despite the heavy workload. They informed us about the repair process in a timely manner, and suggested where it would be more profitable to buy the necessary spare parts. The car was restored very quickly. On the plus side: there are no queues, the job is done.
Of the minuses: Actually, the reasons for the lack of queues:
1. Crazy price tags!!! 200 rubles just for "watching" and all in the same spirit.
2. A year ago I went to the "intensive care unit". After the repair, the car drove badly, they answered on the phone that it was not the consequences of the repair and in general "we did what was ordered." Officially, it is, the papers are signed, there is nothing to show. But a couple of weeks after the repair, the problem reappeared. I applied to another organization, I was done at 20 (!!!) It's cheaper and everything works fine so far.
Double impressions of the service station, I would go there again only out of hopelessness.

Before an urgent trip, I decided to clean the EGR valve (Renault 2.2 dci), after a "successful" cleaning, the car lost traction + black smoke (before that, there was also exhaust, but not so black and there were no critical problems with traction, sometimes it was blunted). On the same day at 19:00 I decided to call Eugene, because I often turn to him in cases of Force majeure.. But this time it was necessary for the car to be taken care of as soon as possible, although I understood that due to the large number of cars that are awaiting repair, they may fail. But Eugene was able to get into the situation and told him to come the next morning.
Results:
1. Physical and software removal of EGR (something that should have been done 10 years ago).
2. The car has passed 1000 km after repair - my observations:
- There is no smoke during acceleration (and not even the one that has been with a working valve for the last few years)
- The engine detonation disappeared when the ignition was turned off (it often manifested itself after a heavy load).
- well, 15-20 "horses" were added.
- the engine is not shaking
Now it remains to clean everything inside after removing this "muzzle" * (EGR).
At work:
the problem was fixed
within a few hours, no questions asked.

An excellent service center, started my Peugeot 307 2001, and who knew that cars 2001-2005 with a weak battery reset the firmware (I found out later), charged realized that the battery had one jar closed, did not charge, bought a new battery, does not start, then searched found them, talked gave the car, on Wednesday, on Thursday they said the reason was partially done, on Friday they finished, the problem was reset to zero by the engine firmware and in the on-board computer, they restored it to me.

The first time they arrived, they immediately started working with the client, and not like some people, as if they had entered someone else's yard and you were only interfering with them, the expression on their face was: "why did you come?"
The first impression always affects further evaluation.
They carried out work on electrics, the brake system, replacing the door lock, changing technical fluids, adding hidden comfort functions. There were no questions about all the work they did, if there were nuances during work, they quickly recruited and offered solutions to the problem. We were surprised by the timing of the work, really fast.
I recommend it, no matter how sad a car breakdown is, but I want to come for repairs again: quickly, efficiently and with attention to the customer.
