Disgusting!!!!
They used to take it by pickup, the shawarma was delicious, the composition is what is in the description!
I accidentally saw on Instagram that there is a delivery from 20 rubles, I decided to order! They answered on the phone that there was no delivery and there was no delivery, then that there was no driver, etc.
That's okay. I ordered a classic and hearty one. Not only was it tasteless, the composition was different (there was no tomato at all, instead of a fresh cucumber, a couple of pieces of salted (and I specially took one where there was no salty), the cabbage was pickled or pickled! I've never eaten such filth! After a couple of bites, my stomach ached!
Either change your recipes, or the staff!
There were no complaints before, now I will bypass them!

I took a mushroom shawarma and, not surprisingly, it was the best of the two, and the second one was hearty, but it's like an ordinary shawarma. But I didn't like the pita bread. Too soft. I went to the gas station for the first time and stayed in a bad mood, bought three shawarma, and found a fly in one of them when the pita bread accidentally turned around, I did not return to the Gas station since the shawarma was eaten only a day later, it lay in the refrigerator in foil as it was twisted there, but when I found the fly, the desire disappeared ever in general, to buy ready-made shawarma, I understand that they could not keep track, a live fly was flying and they covered it with pita bread.... The staff is terrible, the attitude towards customers is disgusting. There were no orders, and the shawarma was cooked for an hour. They cooked for an hour, and a raw piece of chicken skin was put out of the meat, there was no more meat. I took 2 bites, then I had no desire to eat, I threw it away. Despite the fact that when I told the staff about this, they started twirling their fingers at their temples and laughing, naturally no one was going to return the money. The idea is great, the kitchen area is spacious. The embodiment is bad, the staff is demotivated, the quality of the food raises frank questions, therefore, I would not risk eating here. They cook for a very long time, citing problems with technology....for the last two years.
It is a pity that the founder, apparently, does not care about his brainchild.
The institution needs a good and economic manager and adequate staff selection and compliance with the requirements of the sanpin.

I usually buy shawarma in St. Petersburg, but in Baranovichi. I bought it in Slonim and here's a review: the cooking recipe is different to the maximum, there are no sausages, some olives that I hate, chicken skin. Conclusion: I will avoid the Slonim gas station!!!

Dear chefs, the recipe for the classic shawarma sauce does not include ketchup in any way! Besides, the shawarma is NOT TASTY at all!
As for the delivery, guys-4.5 hours is too much! Customer focus is at zero!
In a third-party company, one minute late - an order at the expense of the company! In my opinion, this is a very good incentive to work!
The girls who stand at the counter do not inform at all that the terminal is TEMPORARILY absent, do not report the waiting time at 5 o'clock, are not afraid of rejecting the product even after ordering. It feels like no penalties are applied to employees, they are not afraid of anything.

I gave 3 out of 5 stars for several reasons:
1. Some kind of pita bread is not very tasty.
2. The sauce on the filling is not evenly spaced, due to this, the shawarma is dry and only at the very bottom the whole sauce is collected.
3. There are often no ingredients (I'm talking about shawarma in a rustic way now).
4. The last 2 times when they ordered a Hearty one, the sauce in it was just burning, it was not possible to eat, although there is no spicy sauce in the description.
5. Sometimes it is simply not possible to order shawarma, because the waiting time is more than an hour.
And so in general, the shawarma is delicious (to our taste, rustic and hearty, if with the right sauce, not burning).
The staff is pleasant and friendly. Thanks a lot for that)

This is terrible!! I ordered three shawarma. I started eating mushroom and there was a long hair right in my teeth!! My appetite is spoiled and immediately speaks about the quality of the institution, so then I thought that something had gone wrong?! As it turned out, the mushrooms were RAW, as you know, it is not possible to eat at least a drop of raw mushrooms, I had to throw them away. The spicy shawarma also tasted unpleasant. I didn't find out why anymore. And the third, cheese... I haven't tried it yet and there is no desire to take risks yet. In addition, the delivery is not door-to-door! It would be all the same, but from such an order and service, 1 point is a lot for you, and then why call the apartment, the entrance? I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

I liked the place, we ordered 3 cheese and 1 branded, in the cheese they said that very little meat was not felt, there was a lot of cabbage, everything was super in the branded, even more meat than usual in any other shawarma, and another huge minus is the price per gram of shawarma 8-9.5p for 450g you could do at least for 550-650g for this price and I would like to see some huge shawarma on the menu )

Loud music, the girl at the counter didn't even hear what I wanted the first time, another girl ran in from the kitchen and interrupted the conversation. The quality of service is at the lowest level. The woman taking orders behaved unprofessionally and communicated like a person with low social responsibility. They position themselves as a mini-cafe, but there is no place where a person can sit down and eat, literally a place where you can only pick up food and eat everything on the street.
They cook shawarma for a long time relative to other establishments (instead of cooking shawarma, they prefer to discuss which ones are bad all around). They used to sell boats, (now hot dogs instead) which were simply impossible to eat for a number of reasons, one of which was the worst bun I've ever eaten.
Prices are unreasonably high and do not stop growing. Previously, delivery for orders starting from 15 rubles was free, but now they require 2 rubles.
They post positive reviews on their Instagram, but their establishment was not on the maps (it is more difficult to moderate negative reviews), and their words about being the best shawarma in the city look ridiculous. They shield themselves from any criticism and strive to show themselves only on the good side, while having a whole bag of problems makes this institution absolutely unattractive for repeated visits and recommendations to others. If you are shown only positive reviews, think about whether they are trying to deceive you.
There are also doubts about the quality of the products that they put in the shawarma and the weight of this shawarma itself (it is weightless compared to other places where I ate). I do not give 1 star because I hope that they will really be able to overcome their reluctance to work on quality and think about how to make the service and food that they sell better. Of the whole bunch of minuses, I can only single out one plus - shawarma is wrapped normally, although with such sizes I would be very surprised if it also fell apart.
