I bought a collie puppy in Novosibirsk, the first dog, I didn't really ask myself what documents - but in vain! I have painfully achieved an international pedigree from this club (OKF), with which there is frankly nothing to do in Russia... You will have to pay twice as much to get an RKF. The dog on the paternal side (from Russia) has all the ancestors painted, the full picture, on the maternal side there is only one Kazakh mother of unknown origin. A miser pays twice, and in my case ten times more than if I took a more expensive dog with normal documents, without hernias (the puppy had an umbilical hernia, had surgery), with vaccinations (there was only serum from vaccinations). It is unclear how the dog was transported across the border without vaccinations at all... Well, the paperwork here is very dubious, as if they are compiled and drawn up by schoolchildren in Photoshop...
