The disadvantage was that when you come there in the summer, the pool, which should be working, for some reason does not work. Sadly. A huge disadvantage for the staff, on the day when the water was turned off, it was not provided to us in any way. We barely asked for a couple of eggplants ourselves, sorry for the nuances, but in order to wash them off. It is impossible in summer, in the heat without water. And so it was all day long. Everything is great! You go in any direction- everywhere is beautiful: the modern city and historical sights, we also walked to the bazaar, Yandex map helps a lot, the Samarkand restaurant is nearby, Everything was arranged in the hotel, we lived on the 2nd floor with a balcony overlooking the city, took an extension cord with us, there really is one outlet, breakfast is good, overlooking a small a park with a swimming pool. Wonderful people work, all are friendly and interesting interlocutors, I want to come back, that's for sure! I liked Uzbekistan, Samarkand is wonderful)) we will definitely repeat the trip!

We stayed in the middle of February. The rooms are large, clean, and in excellent condition. I took off the star for the fact that in windy weather, through a closed window, the sounds of wind gusts made it very difficult to sleep. Apparently the window is not adjusted. But they did not apply for correction, because they left the next day.The breakfasts were good, hot dishes were brought separately on request, we had enough, it was nice to try oriental sweets. The hotel is not very close to the main attractions, but we like to walk and it was a pleasure to walk for half an hour. We liked everything!

The location of the hotel is not bad, but the room stock is "combat ", the concept of room cleaning is probably sometimes on holidays, there were problems with water in the room, they did not want to fix it, and the room was replaced with very big problems. The elevator in the hotel did not work, and the hotel is multi-storey. I had to keep up with the food, whoever gets up early will see breakfast :)
