The staff is polite and pleasant. But the rooms are so-so, the beds are very hard, the TV does not work. There are problems with engineering communication.

The receptionist politely answers all questions. We even asked to be allowed to stay in the room until 15:30.

A 3-star hotel, not three stars (the rooms are smoky, very hard mattresses, it is not possible to sleep at night when the springs dig into your back!
Hot water shutdowns are possible.
Breakfast for 3 people too.
A good location and the fact that prices are not inflated for tourists here, as everywhere in Uzbekistan, is the only plus!
