A good 3-star hotel corresponds. I recommend visiting the Georgian cuisine restaurant at the Stumari restaurant. It's delicious, there's a lot, the prices are normal. I recommend. Pay attention to the fountain in the corner of the restaurant. Not simple. With a secret. You'll like it.

During business trips, we stay at the Reikartz Park Hotel. The staff is always polite, friendly and ready to provide all possible assistance in solving emerging issues. Always attentive to the needs of the guests! The rooms are spacious, always clean, daily cleaning. There is everything you need. Breakfast (buffet style) is served in the restaurant on the ground floor. I have a very pleasant impression of the hotel! I want to come back again! I wish the entire staff of the hotel prosperity and well-being!

The only advantage is the location and the fact that you can't hear the neighbors.
The reception staff is polite. That's it!
The floor in the room was not cleaned even once (we lived for 3 days, 4 nights), dirty towels were taken away every other time, disposable paste was put only on the first day, as well as paper. the dishes (cups and glasses) were not washed or changed until we told the reception about it 2 times. As a result, they were rinsed, but the lipstick mark remained on the glass) The rooms are tired, but the money is good, but the mattress is terrible, the springs dig into the sides, there is simply no Internet!!! It doesn't even upload mail.There are only 5 channels on the TV.

Let's start with communication. I made a reservation for the room in advance (check-in from 14:00), agreed early check-in from 7 to 8 a.m. for an additional fee (half the room rate). The day before the arrival, I wrote a question about the possibility of stopping by even earlier, since the plane arrives at 3 a.m. I did not receive a reply to the message (the phone did not answer either). As a result, I arrived at 4 a.m. and received an answer that their early check-in was 6 a.m. And despite the fact that the room was empty, I was offered to pay the full cost of the room if I wanted to check in before 6:00. The question is, why is early check-in at 6:00 and costs half the room rate? At first, I thought it was because I could go to breakfast. But checking in at 6:00 a.m. to get to breakfast, which is not realistic until 10:00 a.m., if you haven't slept all night and you don't have time for breakfast at that time.
Room 313 (this is a standard room, not an economy one) has a gorgeous view of the "sights" and the noise from ventilation. At night, the snoring of the hero from the next room and the disco until 1:00. The audibility is excellent. The furniture is worn, cracks and stains on the ceiling and in the bathroom.
I had to ask twice to remove the seeds under the bedside table (a gift from the previous "residents"). Disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste were brought only on the second day. The breakfast is so-so. You can eat. And for this they charge 25,000 per day. A great clean two-room apartment in cent costs 20,000 per day. I'll come here next time, only if it's the only option.

Nice hotel, the room is spacious. The location of the hotel is convenient, you can take a quiet walk, walk to the malls.The dining room is very good, a variety of food for breakfast. There is a restaurant on the ground floor. It was the first time we were in Kazakhstan, Astana. And there are many cafes and canteens nearby. The food in Astana is sooo delicious, the portions are huge and simple. There is a construction site all around, the city is growing! I really liked it!!!

We checked into the 510 room on 03/23/2025 for 3 nights. The first impression when we entered the room was that the floor was dirty, it was quite cold, and there was no TV remote control. I went down to the reception and reported these problems. There is an oil heater in the room, and a heated towel rail in the bathroom, which perfectly heats the bathroom. They picked up a TV remote control from many, but it only has an on/off button and a few numbers, and there's no way to set up or watch the TV. The cleaner came to clean the room, wiped the dust on the countertop and on the bedside table, but she did not notice that there was a lot of dirt on the floor. On 03/25/2025, we hung a "Make sure in the room" sign on the door handle and left the hotel at 10:30, at 3:20 p.m. we returned hoping that we had cleaned up, because it was time to replace the towels (2 adults and 2 children), toilet paper was out, hygiene supplies too. But, no one even entered the room. I went down to the reception and reported our problems again. After a while, the cleaners knocked on our door asking if we needed anything. We exchanged towels for new ones and asked for water. When we were offered to go in and clean the room, they only removed the trash can from the bathroom, and they didn't even look at the room, as we were told later, the cleaner didn't know it was there. I had to take out the trash bucket filled with garbage myself and hand it over to the cleaner. We haven't been to many hotels, but there is something to compare it with. Yekaterinburg, Moscow, Sochi, Tyumen, Alanya (Turkey), where the 3* service is provided much better than in this hotel, which is clearly not worthy of 4 stars. I would like to praise the breakfasts in Stumari, they are very tasty, but this is not the merit of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, for 43,000 TENGE per day you expect something more.

The rooms are great. We were in October, there is hot water, tea set, bottled water, safe, refrigerator. Cleanliness, the staff is very friendly, they suggested and helped a lot. The location is wonderful, close to all iconic places, within walking distance.

Inexpensive. A lot of Chinese. But the room itself is lumpy, the sofa turned out to be torn, the TVs are small, and the bed is not comfortable to sleep in. It is possible for one night, but I do not recommend it for a long stay ... there are too many shortcomings. The only plus is the Georgian restaurant downstairs.

A decent hotel. Clean, neat. The room has everything you need. The rooms are cleaned daily. The staff responds to requests instantly. On the ground floor there is a Georgian rastoranchik. Convenient location near Abu Dhabi. Good morning breakfasts.
One of the minor drawbacks is that there is a karaoke bar in this building and on weekends you can hear a little music at night. However, if you want to light it, then you don't have to go far.

Well, such a thing. The whole hotel is laid with cheap tiles. Like in the toilet. The hum in the corridors, the echo. If a suitcase is being rolled down the corridor, then the whole hotel can hear it. Problems with locks in the rooms. Sometimes the cards don't work, you go back and forth to magnify them, then, on the contrary, the doors don't close. One day she came, and the door to my room was wide open. That is, in my absence, the lock opened and the door swung open. Nothing was stolen, but it felt disgusting. Because it was evening, there were no technicians. They refused to change my room, even for a smaller category. It was scary to sleep, but the door can open not only during the day. There are no chains or stoppers on the doors.
The rooms themselves are huge (why?), with some creepy antediluvian dark-colored furniture. The mattresses are terrible, it's uncomfortable to sleep. Breakfast in the Georgian restaurant downstairs. Poor thing. The restaurant itself is good, we had dinner there all the time, but the breakfast is very modest. I can't recommend the hotel.

I want to recommend this wonderful hotel. It is located in a beautiful location, within walking distance of the shopping center and the sights of the city. The hotel itself is extremely beautiful in its architecture and is seen from a far distance, so wherever you are, you will find it from afar. And there is a place to walk here and where. The lobby of the hotel is cozy, very attentive and courteous girls at the reception. Morning breakfasts are served in the restaurant, where there is always light music and a delicious variety of dishes. A nice cute waitress Bigaisha kindly greets, invites and, upon request, prepares delicious coffee at will and of your choice. There are: salads, assorted vegetables for hot side dishes, fresh pastries and drinks, juices.
The room I lived in is clean, the bed linen is snow-white, the mattresses are excellent. The dream was good. There is everything for a normal stay. The only thing is that the room requires cosmetic repairs. There is no dressing gown hanger in the bathroom. The staff is polite and attentive. I advise everyone to stay at the Reikartz Park Astana Hotel when you visit an extraordinarily beautiful city with its magnificent architecture, spacious avenues and kind people

This is the worst hotel in my life. 1 terrible cold in the rooms, 2. They did not settle an hour earlier, they demanded payment for half a day. Terrible dirt in the room, other people's missing food in the fridge. But the most terrible thing is the toilet, there are traces of human activity in the toilet bowl, not even flushed. I just threw up. This is a horror, not a hotel.

Nice hotel in the city center. There are two restaurants in the same building with the hotel, Turandot Chinese cuisine and Stamuri Georgian cuisine. Breakfast is served in a Georgian restaurant. There is a Botanical garden nearby and, accordingly, a 4km treadmill around it (this is for those who jog in the morning)

I've never seen a worse hotel. And I was surprised by the shabby walls, tired surroundings and unfriendly staff, these are all flowers, compared to the fact that their canteen is on the 2nd floor (the room was on the 3rd)... so, they fry everything there in the smoke of fat and smoke, and all this rancid smell stood in the corridors and in the room...We all smelled of it through and through and ran off to another hotel the next morning. And, also, in the evening we went to their SPA. We went in and saw that this is a communal pool (entrance for all residents of the city from the other side)There are a lot of people in a small pool and you won't believe it! But there is a mini bar in this pool where they also fried their stinky pies!!! And there was the same chad in the pool!!! Just ugh!

One of the advantages is the delicious breakfasts in the restaurant on the ground floor. Special thanks to the chefs for the delicious cheesecakes. The rooms are clean enough. Friendly and helpful staff.
One of the disadvantages is that we didn't work out with the air conditioners.. he began to leak in one room, was moved to the second - there he did not cool the air at all. Also, the Internet is very bad, the signal is very bad.

The hotel has a maximum of 2 stars. The walls are very thin and if one of the neighbors is awake, then you are unlikely to sleep. On the 1st floor, if a disco is organized in a cafe, then you will also listen to it even on the 5th floor precisely because of the poor sound insulation of the entire building.

The breakfasts are great in a nearby restaurant where music is blaring at night, which can be clearly heard in the room even on the 4th floor. I spent two nights without getting enough sleep. The hotel, frankly speaking, lacks grooming. Wide corridors, spacious rooms, a cozy restaurant... But all this lacks thoughtful care. In the first room in which he lived, the faucet hose, although wrapped with duct tape, was still flowing. One of the sections of the baseboard was missing from the ceiling (it fell off, along the way). The toilet was not fixed to the floor. It should be a shame for the meager set of TV channels in modern satellite times...
In the second issue, the TV cable was damaged, so even the existing channels were not clearly shown. An inconveniently positioned faucet in the bathtub constantly flooded the floor ...
In general, somehow it does not pull at the declared four stars...

Guys, it's very sad that everything is only cool at first glance. There was no Internet connection in the room, so I had to go downstairs to work. The sockets are turned out so that you plug in at your own risk. And most of all, it "killed" me that when I asked for a plug to get water into the bathtub, I was first asked to wait 15 minutes and they would bring it to me, and then they called and said- we don't have such a thing....I was looking for an iron on the floors, somewhere in the corridor..., I didn't find it until I went down to the reception and asked to bring it. I conquered the city a lot, but somehow I was unlucky with my accommodation this time ...🙁
