I've been to better gyms. You can play football. Prices are normal. You can rent a ball. You can play volleyball (I saw how they played in front of us). Among the disadvantages are the shower, the "fatigue" of the building and the hall, the versatility of the hall (you have to play football without outs). Among the advantages are the prices and location (almost in the center).
