Two craftsmen arrived, immediately figured out what the problem was, part of the problem was solved on the spot, the counting mechanism was changed, and the fee for which the machine did not work, they took it to their service, repaired it and brought it back 1 day later.
The machine is working, everything is great!
The prices and approach are inadequate.

I gave the Krups coffee machine for repair (working, but an error appeared periodically, at the same time to carry out prevention) and was disappointed in the service (two stars only for the courier's work - promptly and politely picked up and brought the device).
They immediately stunned with a price of 450 rubles. (in a discount store, such a car is still under warranty for 900 - 1100 rubles.), after refusing repair, they offered to buy the car (although it is "lived", but in excellent condition).
As a result, I repaired it in a specialized workshop for 145 rubles. (After opening, they indicated that the gum was jammed in the coffee grinder, i.e. it was not installed correctly during the previous intervention).
