Fast work and pleasant communication!
The laptop case was damaged and needed urgent repairs. I was afraid that this would not happen anymore, but they reassured me by saying that there are several options. After discussing all the details of the breakdown, the options were offered either to repair the case, or to order a new one and replace it. I decided to completely replace it, because the case was already not in the best condition, and the price was more than acceptable. All we had to do was wait for the right building to arrive. 1.5 weeks later, I was informed that the corps had arrived and I could come. There were some difficulties installing the case, which took a little more time, but after 3 days I received a ready-made and complete laptop.
Throughout the waiting period, I was kept informed of the process and answered quickly, which was nice)

Excellent service - competent master, fast and high-quality repairs, convenient location.
I gave away a laptop for repair, which was given a "cross" in another workshop, as a result - a second wind. Everything is great!

I was disappointed in this service. They can repair something, but at the cost of your nerves. If you want to give them something to repair, be ready to part with this thing for a long time.
They constantly forget about you and lie. They promise one thing, and then they do nothing.
I handed over my laptop for repair on JULY 4, they said they would do it in a week. They gave it to me with a fight on SEPTEMBER 9th!! Every week they dragged their feet and didn't report anything. I had to write to them myself and pull out the answers. Sometimes they didn't know how to repair it, then they don't have a master on site for a week and he ignores them, then he can't bring this laptop. Hire a new one!
Irresponsibility is at its maximum. Every time I came in vain, they rolled out round innocent eyes at me.
Because of the move, I had to go to them from another city. They told me to come boldly, I spent money on tickets, and they told me again that the laptop was not ready. And so more than once. In addition, they often ignore in messages 👍
The laptop was given to me WITHOUT MY CHARGING. They said that they would not find it anymore and they would send me a new one by mail. Of course, they didn't send anything, so I had to buy a new one.
I do not recommend this service to those who value their own time and nerves.
