On Monday morning, the shoes were handed over, on Wednesday they were told to pick them up after 17:00. They came at the specified time, but they did not even touch the sneakers, when asked why they were not repaired, they said come another day, and there was no answer on which day. When they asked to introduce themselves, they immediately closed the window for a technical break, we were still waiting to pick up our shoes. The shoes needed to be repaired urgently, as a result, 3 days were lost. A male employee behaved strangely, to put it mildly.
