I recently contacted Remtech to fix my laptop, and I was completely delighted! From the very beginning, I liked the professional approach of the staff: they promptly accepted the application, consulted in detail and quickly identified the problem.
The repair was carried out at the highest level — not only fixed the malfunction, but also gave useful recommendations on the care of the equipment. I was especially impressed that everything was done within the agreed time frame, and the cost of the work turned out to be quite reasonable.

the review was written on the day of the repair. the speaker and screen were replaced with HUAWEI Y9s within a couple of hours. so far, I am completely satisfied with the repair and service speed! I applied a SECOND TIME with the same problem!! they fixed it for the same price + put a protective glass for FREE, like a permanent one) it seems to be a trifle, but it's nice, because at first they offered to paste it for 20 rubles, not knowing that this is a repeat appeal) the screen was replaced within one working day. while everything is working, I'm happy with everything! 05/10/24 I applied for repair of the Logitech MX500 mouse (the contact began to disappear either in the wire, or somewhere inside). The repair was refused because "it is difficult to find where there is no contact, and there are no replacement wires." I understand everything, but after all, all types of mouse repairs are listed on the workshop's website, but in fact they are not. Indicate on the website the cases when repairs are impossible and do not mislead people.

I came in on 03/9.24 to do a preventive cleaning of the laptop with the replacement of thermal paste. At the reception, they immediately said how long it would take. We called in a timely manner and informed them that it was ready. When I picked up the laptop, they pointed out some defects, told me about the nuances and gave me time to test. The result is more than good, the temperature indicators have decreased significantly. The cost is also acceptable, not cheap, but also not high, the average price for such a service. Overall, good service, making a pleasant impression.

I brought a Lenovo G505s laptop for repair a few months ago (or rather what was left of it), there were problems along the power supply chain.
They showed me what the problem might be and took up the repair.
Since the laptop had only a motherboard + a matrix with a keyboard, it was not possible to test it immediately after repair.
However, as soon as the laptop was assembled into the case and checked by work, I can honestly say that the defect was eliminated and the 13-year-old man works as a working laptop.
I recommend this service and a responsive wizard :)
