Excellent service center. The keyboard wasn't working (the backlight was working, but the keys weren't), so we solved the problem right on the spot. The swivel fastener of the SteelSeries Arctis 1 Wireless headphones is broken, plus the microphone did not transmit the signal to the computer. There were a couple of nice guys sitting in the workshop. I had a problem with a non-working cooler from the Steam Deck console. I was warned in advance that everything could take up to 3 days in turn, but on the same day I was immediately informed of the reason for the non-working cooler and pointed out the dried thermal paste, which was not replaced from the factory. The very next day, everything was ready.
The master took the money only for cleaning, since the cooler did not work because of the pinned wire and there was nothing to fix.
There were also tips on further care of the console.
Great respect for honesty and efficiency :)

I started to 'drift' the stick on dualsence from PS5. We'll call the guys, they said to bring it. We did everything quickly in less than an hour, plus we completely cleaned and restored the stuck button. The joystick is now as good as new.

It turned out that you just had to press the button, which is not marked in any way. As a result, the employees honestly said that there was nothing to fix, but just need to press this button, although they could say that they fixed it themselves and take the payment. As a result, the second stick was closed two days later.
I don't recommend it. As for me, it is more important for them to earn money on a cheap job than to do everything honestly and efficiently

The master came to the house. We agreed on a diagnosis. I didn't know that the master would arrive empty-handed and diagnose a malfunction in the computer using the poke method. But this is generally crazy!!! This is not how I imagined diagnostics at home. Excuse me, but are you doing diagnostics everywhere? He charged me 35 rubles - out of the blue without even identifying the malfunction. I'm in such a shock - the mood has deteriorated for the whole day.
