I will describe my negative communication experience.
I ordered a rear muffler can and a gasket for it. In the comments to the order, I asked to clarify compatibility, because there was no description on the site. The manager called back and I emphasized to him that it was necessary to check compatibility, to which the manager assured that everything was compatible. OK, a message arrives that the order can be picked up. I'm coming, by the way, the road to the PVZ is dead in the trash, and... they can't find this gasket.
Well, it happens... It got lost... The PVZ says it needs to be re-ordered. Well, OK again, let's wait. They call back in two hours, everything is ready, come.
The next day I arrive, pick up the order, go to the service station, they start changing it and say - the gasket does not fit. It doesn't fit, Carl! Well, how is it?!
I'm calling support. They admit that their manager has a joint and say, bring it back and we will refund your money!
It turns out that they are a joint, and I have to drive along a dead road in order to spend more money than this gasket is worth. They have no other options.
I hope this review will help someone.

It is impossible to make a normal examination in Belarus - there are no intelligent stands, the verification takes place manually. In appearance, the shock absorbers are simply fake, the labels on the sticker are erased with a finger, the weld does not look like what the robot cooked, there are splashes from welding on the metal. The Consumer Protection Society cannot do anything, in short, you can chop nuts with shock absorbers, the price of the issue is 340 rubles thrown to the wind. Think for yourself, I won't buy anything else from them.

And again, at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, I called them, to which they gave me the answer that the problem with suppliers (as well as the last excuse for the delay) called and said that the next day would definitely come on Saturday, and ordered a spare part on Thursday! And so on Saturday they called and reported that the supplier was not shipping the spare part and offered to re-order the part, but it was already more expensive for 252 rubles or cancel the order! I angrily refused the order! Excuses and shifting the blame on suppliers! Delivery in Minsk, as it is written on the website, is not carried out! I started punching the check-instead of 213 rubles. I punched 231 rubles. Okay, that's half the trouble. But he doesn't know how to cancel the check! Employees are not trained in basic knowledge of cash discipline!
If you work with suppliers, then at least there should be communication and tracking of where your product is.
In general, the impression is disgusting about both the service and the employees.

The car is at the service station and waiting for spare parts, delivery is for us I arranged it, because it was possible to order in Vitebsk, but on 21.08, but they couldn't wait, the car was hanging on a lift, it took up space at a service station. The next day, the order did not arrive, the husband calls where the order is - in response, "wait". They don't have a courier number, they don't have a track number either, they don't know anything, the order status is "closed" on the website. So the order did not arrive on 20.08. Today 21.08 I'm calling myself, where, what, when and how. We don't know anything, we don't have this information, yesterday the order couldn't come at 10 a.m. it was just delivered. When asked why they said they would arrive around lunch - "I didn't tell you anything personally." I asked to find recordings of conversations, they said we would give them to the management. Then I call again, find the track number for tracking. In response, "I'll ask you well, I'll call you back." They never called back. By 15:00, the order arrived, the courier did not call back that he was coming, my husband was at work, I was at work, my mother was at home, but they did not give the parcel to my mother. My husband flies home from work to pick up the parcel, but the courier refused to wait and decided to give the parcel to my mother, although he was going to take it to the post office so that we could pick it up from there. It's very convenient, there are no words, right in your hands! And that's not all, I typed in the track number indicated on the parcel, it turns out it was accepted from the sender on 08/20/2021, 17:57, well, you know, yes, on 20.08 at 18 o'clock they just sent it, and we hoped to receive it at lunch, naive.
What we have in the end: we wanted a spare part early - we received it later, only we also paid 15p on top. I will never contact this office again. Just to sell, and then they wash their hands. I would have ordered from my place in Vitebsk, I would have already picked it up this morning, and there is no need to pay for delivery, and pick it up at a convenient time, and return it if the spare part did not fit, it would be easier than sending it back to Minsk. Do not forget that people also have a time frame, if you cannot guarantee the delivery time, then there is nothing to mislead people! We lost time, money and nerves.
