A wonderful hotel! Friendly girls at the reception, Adela met us on the first day and was in touch for a week, very tactful waiters, unfortunately, I did not remember the names, sociable and friendly Akzhandos at the pool bar. There is an opportunity to work, if necessary, a computer, the Internet is all there.

The hotel is located on the beach, but there is no beach within walking distance. The sea is cold in the middle of August with a heat of + 40. The breakfasts are good. Buffet, delicious coffee. The pool is open only. The closed one did not work, and every day they promised that it would be opened tomorrow. The restaurant ordered mutton for dinner, but there was 70% beef for the price of mutton. The refrigerator and safe did not work in the room upon check-in, they tried to replace them for 2 days. If you ask for a taxi to be ordered from the hotel, be prepared that the price tag will be 2 times higher. The staff pretends that they do not know anything, do not understand. In general, the hotel is still growing and growing up to a civilized service.

I found a swimming pool next to the house, I was very happy, for family reasons I have 2 hours of time, I buy season tickets for the third year. There are enough exercise machines, the gym is large. I go by 9 in the morning, no one is there yet. According to the standard, the water is 30 degrees in the pool, the manager said it is maintained automatically. So, there is never 30 degrees! Well, okay, then 28, then 32, but sometimes 25 and 35, After the gym, swimming in hot water until the heartbeat is not pleasant, surprises are constantly, there is no administrator at this time, they have meetings, but they are not responsible for anything, everywhere there are signs for missing things, there is no doctor, medical care No, there is no instructor. Manager Valery Egorkin says that everyone has different requests and the temperature in the pool depends on the weather, if you don't like it, go to another place. These are the services. Very upset.

The room is spacious, the bed is large. We lived in a smoking room, as there were no others. Because of this, the corridor and the room certainly smelled of the stale smell of tobacco. The disadvantage is that you can not open the windows, only the air conditioner and hood. There is a window between the bathroom and the bedroom... They didn't take breakfast. The service in the restaurant is slow, the prices are higher than in neighboring establishments. Of the cons. Entrance tickets to the pool are sold to everyone. Locals come who don't really look after their many children. A large number of people in the outdoor pool is a disadvantage for hotel guests. After vacating the room at 12:00, we had an hour left before leaving for the airport. They asked to spend it by the pool. We were refused, which is very surprising. The cards were already blocked 20 minutes before 12.00. I couldn't get to the room to get my things, I had to go to the reception.

The location is wonderful! Service, food at the highest level. I removed the star because the window does not open (Marriott standards) and there are no sockets at the bedside tables (for me it is a must have). The room was stuffy, despite the fan running.

We stayed at this hotel from July 19th to 23rd, 2022. The service is excellent, the staff is competent, the food is delicious - thanks to the chefs. The room is cleaned every day, the towel is fresh every time. The pool is cool, there are 2 outdoor and indoor. The location is convenient, everything you need is nearby. The buffet breakfast is whatever your heart desires, the chefs can cook something else. I personally asked you to cook it 2 times.
