We visited Uzbekistan during the May holidays. We used the car rental service at Sam Car Renta. The staff is very polite and friendly. The paperwork procedure took no more than 5 minutes. We got a new Lacetti car with a sunroof that I had not seen before in Russia or did not pay so much attention to. We told them that we wanted to go to Bukhara and our daily mileage was increased because we took only two days, i.e. the staff always goes to meet the client. After the trip, we handed over the car without any problems, received 50% of the deposit, and upon arrival in Russia, a couple of days later, we returned the remaining 50% of the deposit without any problems. Drive carefully on the roads of Uzbekistan, fines and thresholds of restrictions are not similar to Russian ones. I recommend it, the service and quality are excellent.

We called and agreed on Tracker. Upon arrival in Samarkand, we learned that the car was under repair, but rental representatives offered Captiva with a significant discount. The car was delivered to the place of residence, the registration took 5 minutes. The deposit was taken in cash in rubles and the payment was also made, which was very pleasant. The mileage limit was 300 km per day, it was enough for us to go to Bukhara, and on the way to Bukhara to ride in beautiful places. On a trip to the mountain passes, the car engine allowed you to drive and have fun, and not trudge in a column of smoky low-power cars. The car was also handed over at the address of residence, the 50% deposit was returned immediately, the other half was transferred in rubles to the Mir card after 4 working days. We used this service during a business trip, except for minor difficulties with the execution of the contract, there were no problems. The staff are responsive and understanding, albeit temperamentally. While using the car, forced speeding was allowed at the request of police officers, according to the contract, speeding above 100 km is not allowed and in this case the deposit for the car is not refunded. Due to the lack of fines from the police, since the traffic rules were not violated, we went to a meeting and returned the cost of the deposit, although we chose the course as convenient for them, but thanks anyway! The car was taken by chevrolet captiva in black, automatic transmission, the car is in good condition, but with small (insignificant) defects - chips, cracks, when transferring the car from the service, the owner said that if we are worried about this, then fix everything on camera, and do not worry, when handing the car back, no claims were made.
