We paid for the test results, which were supposed to be sent by e-mail by the doctor, 3 weeks passed, the results did not come, we called the laboratory, where we were told that the results were bad. The tests were given to a small child, and the intake of drugs depends on them. The tests were marked urgent, but no one was going to send them. We got to the endocrinologist Peskova N. A. and were supposed to get a consultation, but in the end they didn't tell us anything, they just copied the information from the referral. The service is at a low level, the doctor was not going to send the test results, although they were still paid for

The impression is twofold. The consultation was paid, there was no queue, but it felt like this consultation was in the way for the doctor, the doctor was in a hurry. I received disturbing questions about the duration of taking the drug and my poor health: "what are you complaining about, we have people who have ten times worse tests." It turns out that I need to wait until my condition worsens and then come.

Rudeness, for which you have to pay. Disgusting service and the behavior of individual employees of the RC that is not inferior to it, who have already earned the honorable right to retire a couple of centuries ago. If you have an irresistible desire to be naked, then, of course, you should contact this institution. The motto is "we didn't give a damn about everything" and "I read everything."..(although nothing is written on the sheet). Thank you. Your services are at the lowest level.

Good day! I want to express my dissatisfaction. I went for an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity, on a paid basis. I lost the result. I called and asked to send it by mail or Viber, as is done in all modern medical centers., because in the current period of the epidemic, I would not really like to come and stand in a huge queue, because there are 11 ticket offices in this center, and only two work. I stood in line for 45 minutes. Based on the conversation with the operator, I realized that it is not customary for them to send tests by mail, this is a medical secret, or classified information. It's not very clear to me. The question is maturing: "What is the registration for? I could have dictated my passport details, etc." But I had no choice and I got into the situation and said that I would come, but please make sure that I would not have to queue to get a copy of the results for which I had already paid. I was told that I should adjust to the doctor's work and come when it is convenient for him.For example, today in the morning. Naturally, I work on Friday at one o'clock in the afternoon. I wished you all the best and a "good" review. Of course, I won't go to this center anymore. Because I believe that it is necessary to treat with understanding the people who come to you and pay you money for your services. There is still a lot of work to be done on the organization and, if possible, to switch to a modern level of service. There are no complaints about the doctor.

I took tests at the center and did SMAD, my impressions were positive. There is a terminal with coupons at the entrance, where you immediately select the desired option. The results of the tests can be sent by e-mail if you inform us about it in advance. The only drawback is a slightly clumsy online recording system, it's easier to make a call.
