But there are doctors and specialists who behave like the last bastards, only because of this the score drops significantly. Despite the fact that you pay 10k for a consultation, some of them refuse a simple request to indicate in the certificate that there was a visit to this doctor. Because of this, you have to contact their superiors, which takes up a precious couple of hours.

My daughter was observed, at that time she was 10 years old, went to the polyclinic at the place of residence, with the problem of eyelash loss, took a bunch of tests, looked at different doctors, could not find the problem, it was decided by the doctors of our city to send for examination to the RDC, we really hoped that doctors of the highest categories and they will help us, they "prepared" us at home, took a bunch of tests from the child so as not to waste time there, but these tests were not accepted there, moreover, several "narrow" specialists observed us at the RDC, and everyone requested tests again, motivating them that they they only trust their laboratory, for us this meant that my child and I went to an appointment 200 km away to get a referral for tests, then we had to come to take these tests, and then the most interesting thing began, that we had to make an appointment again, and the quota queue was already over, and we had to wait for the next one to open records, i.e. the doctor taking you does not assign you the time of the next visit, but for money, outside the "quota" they can take you at any time, no matter how they tormented us, what tests they just did not take, and many of them are the same, in the same clinic, they also apparently stopped trusting their own!? As a result, after six months, we have not heard either the diagnosis or the method of conservative treatment! But how surprised I was that the Republican Diagnostic Center is a commercial one with an American name, and all the services we "received" are paid for from the state budget! We also witnessed the "culture" of doctors' behavior, one of the patients, apparently just like us, did not get the proper result, expressed her dissatisfaction to one of the "specialists" of a narrow profile, immediately received a "response" to the entire children's department "there was" a three-story mat, with wishes to die, and this in the Republican Center! There was also a case when we were scheduled for an appointment at 8 a.m., we arrived 200 km away in time, and the doctor appeared only at 12:00, without apologizing and without commenting on my "appearance" in any way, she began taking turns with those who had an appointment at 12:00! And until they themselves went into the office and indicated that the queue was from the first time, only after that she began to receive her daughter with a scandal! Having found nothing in the end, the super specialists simply decided to discharge us, although according to the regulations they should have sent us to the Republican Pediatric Hospital for a more detailed examination, but they did not consider it necessary to do this! We have repeatedly tried to contact the management of this institution about this, but we have never found him or his deputies at the workplace! This is the experience of visiting the RDC that our family had!

My son took me for treatment, prescribed an ointment that needs to be ordered in Almaty (probably his pharmacy) from the ointment, only in Karaganda they immediately decided surgically, without any ointment. I do not know, but I work as a doctor, how many people I will ruin is not known

I do not recommend this hospital
I applied for an initial paid appointment, after which I was referred to other doctors – their consultations also turned out to be paid. They ordered a number of examinations (tests, ultrasound, X-rays), which I passed, but in order to get a transcript of the same examinations, I had to pay for a secondary appointment again.
As a result, despite all the money and time spent, I was never given an accurate diagnosis. The therapist prescribed allergy medications, although it was obvious that the problem was different. They did not receive a clarifying diagnosis, nor adequate treatment. There is a feeling that they are just making money on patients here, and not providing real medical care.
The total receipt for all my examinations and appointments with doctors came out in the amount of 230 thousand tenge. I remind you once again that I still have not received treatment and a diagnosis.
