We turned to the pediatric orthopedist Khairilla Rakhmatullaev Rakhmatullaevich. There is a huge queue for him. Very kind, helpful, polite. The most important thing I liked was that he knows Russian, since I do not understand Uzbek and he is Kazakh. He explained everything, showed it, wrote a conclusion and gave an appointment.

There are 2 windows in the reception area, a queue of 20 people in front, waited half an hour for the queue to reach. There seem to be enough doctors, there are probably 3-4, there was almost no queue, then they sent for an X-ray. There is only one X-ray. Strange. Doctors send 90% of patients for X-rays and, as they guessed at the X-ray, the largest queue was waiting for more than an hour, probably, patients are allowed to pass without waiting in line on gurneys and armchairs, which prolongs the waiting for other patients. Next is the queue where they put the plaster. As a result, we waited in queues for 3 hours to update, and the whole useful process took no more than 15 minutes. I give one star for the fact that traumatology exists at all.

We went up through the elevator to the 5th floor with a child who is having a hard time climbing and that we were told not to, go down and go up to the nursery through the stairs 🤦♀️Is this normal? Like they say the adult department is different, although in fact many people go through the adult to the nursery and this is normal. It's one thing when quarantine or strict rules of entry and exit! And then the adults calmly went to the doctors and took a consultation! In short , organization and humanity are at zero level !
