The hotel is nice, clean and well served. Breakfast is included, buffet, everything is very tasty. The only drawback is that in some rooms the Windows overlook the road where cars drive around the clock, the noise is terrible. You can't open the windows and therefore it gets stuffy in the room, although there is air conditioning, but not everyone likes to use it. Therefore, if you book a room, it is better with Windows facing the courtyard. It's quieter there.

A great, cozy hotel. Clean rooms, fresh beds, polite staff.
I highly recommend it, there are problems with water (sometimes cold, then boiling water), but this is a common story for Kazakhstan as a whole)
