A good khachapuri in Adjarian and a dance floor, the advantages end there.
An urgent need for a technologist and an experienced chef here: the salad is terrible (long pieces of grass are put into a diced salad that stain the face and you can choke on them), there was almost no dressing in the Caesar salad, tartlets with caviar that fall apart and sandwiches with red fish, where the oil falls out in a piece on top of the fish, generally with the serving of dishes here is not very good and it is worth working on it.
Filet mignon was not chewed at all.
Toilet paper is the cheapest.
The service is very unobtrusive.
In general, I don't understand how this restaurant has had visitors for so many years.

It's crowded, there are a lot of people, the food is like in the 90s. Review the menu! The meat was just tasteless, there were no spices. The salad in the bowl was served like 30 years ago, the dressing is very sour. To be honest, we regretted that we came, apparently we expected that the table was large, for 20 people, they would drink, they would not notice. But we had non-drinkers at the table and noticed. We definitely won't go a second time. 2 stars for cheese slicing (which is difficult to spoil and cherry ice cream, which is also impossible to spoil)

Good afternoon! Yesterday we celebrated a meeting in a Sochi restaurant. I don't want to offend anyone, the waiters did their job well, what I want to say about the menu, this is some kind of announcement, I haven't seen such slicing and serving anywhere, the bell pepper was cut into circles and the whole was translucent, so the rest of the products were cut, the food is terribly not tasty, the price of the menu does not correspond to this quality, for for me, it was a dining room with crazy prices, if you put such a price, then you need to match its quality, a small portion of salad, I ordered myself a Caesar salad, it was just the name of the salad and everything else is similar to it. Our whole company was not satisfied with the restaurant menu. Honestly, I don't want anyone to celebrate anything there. It's better to go to the Georgian restaurant "Mimino", that's where they really cook delicious food and everything is fresh.

The meat is tasteless, dry and feels like it's not fresh!
I won't comment on the interior at all. The horror!

We celebrated the anniversary of our spouse . To be honest , without exaggeration , everything went well . The staff is friendly, polite, attentive. The guests even asked if I paid extra for it)))). No , and no again . Everything was cleaned on time , there were no used napkins on the tables . I didn't even notice when they were in time. They helped to put the gifts in a separate room . The food is delicious, both European and Georgian. Everything is delicious.
Thank you very much to the administrator of the girl (unfortunately I do not remember the name. But beautiful, spectacular) for help in preparing the menu and in terms of quantity. The guests sang songs (karaoke), drank alcohol and ate delicious food. The live music is good, the entertainment program is great. The interior is gorgeous.
I was worried that I would have to be in control. But no , there was nothing to worry about . And honestly, I relaxed 200%.
Thank you very much to the staff of the Sochi Restaurant. You've done a great job.

Two years later I visited the Sochi restaurant again. Still a nice design in the interior design, good comfortable furniture. Entrance tickets 12 rubles. It's not clear why!!! There is no program. The people amuse themselves by singing karaoke. Cooked dishes at the offered price for them (a little expensive). I can express my gratitude to the waiters who served the table.

We were here on May 22, 2023 with my wife. I can say briefly - in gastronomically poor Minsk, this is an oasis! The cuisine is at the level of the best restaurants in Moscow. If I worked for Michelin, I would definitely give this place a star. The chef is outstanding - they work great with meat! And not only. The wine was offered 100% suitable for the selected dishes. The staff is attentive and unobtrusive. The hall is spacious. Everything is clean - not a speck of dust, not a speck. The feed is balanced, everything is on time, which is very rare now. Do I recommend you to visit? Definitely yes! You will get exactly what you want from a good restaurant for a very modest price. If I am still in Minsk, I will definitely visit it myself! Thanks to all the staff for a delicious and pleasant dinner. The boss is a star, as I said above.

However, the impression was spoiled by the fact that the tables were set up, that it was impossible to pass, not to crowd. There wasn't enough room on the dance floor for everyone. They danced in turns, caught the moment when people were distracted by another portion of alcohol, then took their place for dancing. And also the fact that the coffee we ordered at the end of the evening was brought practically cold and proved that this is exactly the temperature cappuccino should have. And then it turned out that the restaurant's kitchen closes at 22.00 (when the restaurant is open until 02.00) and the coffee was not prepared by an expert. Something like that...
