A wonderful place for both children and adults. You should always believe in a fairy tale! Santa Claus came out to us: he puzzled us, played games, took pictures with us. The Residence has a huge territory, many playgrounds and photo locations. Santa Claus's assistant took us around the territory, told us stories about fairy tale characters, played with us, showed us where you can make a wish. She took us to the souvenir house, where we were given gifts from Santa Claus. We also bought souvenirs there, jam from cones and jam from strawberries collected in Belovezhskaya Pushcha. Then we visited the Gift House. All the gifts that children give to Santa Claus are collected there. And then we had lunch at the terem cafe. Despite the small number of visitors, the menu offers several types of first courses, side dishes, hot dishes and drinks that are Sooo delicious! Everything is clean, even too clean, and neat. You can also buy souvenirs from the Residence of Santa Claus. Be sure to visit this magical place!!!

We went on a tour from "Dorthur". There are no questions about the organization of the tour itself BEFORE visiting the Residence. Everything is clear, a good guide.
But the Residence ITSELF is a complete horror and utter disgrace, to put it correctly. There were two adults and a child of 7 years old. Disappointment is a mild description of the action taking place in this place. Who wrote the script, who set up the sound in the microphones, who organized all this? How can you charge at least some money for THIS?.. Conveyor belt is not the right word, it's a dump of people, a la artists and the likes of Santa Claus, who is tortured and wants nothing more than to be left alone! Dear fellow organizers of the Residence, why are you selling so many entrance tickets? Making money in the season is certainly a good reason! But not that much! Who is going to go there specifically to the Residence - read the negative reviews - they reflect everything! I don't want to rewrite what has already been written! The only right decision to go there is OUT of season and not for the purpose of pleasing the child with communication with Santa Claus, on the eve of the holiday!

It's necessary to bring 2 buses of people (about 80 people) and lead a tour along narrow trails, talking into a small microphone - the first 10 people hear, the remaining 70 just wander, or a crush begins to participate in interactive activities. It's very poorly organized. And communicating with Santa Claus for less than half a minute per group (family). It is simply made in the form of a stream, without focusing on the quality of services. It is clear that the situation now encourages such behavior, but when that changes, negative emotions will remain and people will remember this place as the worst to visit.

Very good.there were many fairy-tale characters, a busy route, more photo zones, gingerbread and Christmas trees from Santa Claus. an atmospheric place. And we waited a long time (about an hour) for the entrance to the residence - we were entertained by fairy-tale characters, but it was hard with children in the cold. It took me a while to realize that it was possible to go to the concert area - no one was holding up, and then join the band.
