I called the right model on the phone, and together with a company specialist, we checked its availability and compliance with the car. Due to the repeated purchases of tires by my friends and after my question, I was given a small discount from the price of the site. It was agreed that I would pick up the tires myself the next day, i.e. tonight. Everything was great at this stage)
The next day, on 10/18/2022, on the recommendation of a friend, I decided to clarify two additional questions with the company.
1) What year of tire production, because I am interested in new tires, i.e. 2022.
2) Considering that the company directs to a partner (or their own service station), will it be possible to replace the tires if at the time of their installation it turns out that the rubber is curved.
I planned to install it in 2-3 weeks with a cold snap.
Unfortunately, we did not get to the second question, because in response to the first question, the company's specialist with the contact number +375 (29) 143-70-70 decided to explain to me how to make purchases correctly.
In his understanding
1) As a buyer, I have to know everything about everything and warn you in advance. That is, to warn that I do not want old tires, but I only want this year.
2) I am a consumer extremist, because the company has already incurred the cost of shipping and transporting tires and they are waiting for me on Innovatorskaya Street. And now I want something else. And sometimes, in general, customers order goods for 5,000 rubles, and upon arrival they are not satisfied with it, and they do not buy.
3) I am shopping incorrectly, because when buying a new car in the salon, I must first select the entire package, and then place an order. It is apparently impossible to clarify something in the process.
In my understanding, specialists of companies in the commodity industry should help the client make a choice and focus on possibly controversial points, unfortunately, we did not succeed in such communication. The company's transportation costs, if it is not ready to bear them independently, should be taken in advance after the conclusion of the contract. The customer can and should ask any clarifying questions before making a purchase, it is much better than it is useless
to come and go, seeing an item that does not suit you.
After a comment on the tone of communication and my assumption that managers should not talk like that, they explained to me that I was communicating with the director. As a result of the conversation, we agreed that it was better for me to buy tires elsewhere.
I do not recommend contacting this company for purchases.

I would really like to thank the director for his promptness and courtesy. He advised me on the phone in the evening what kind of summer tires to buy, I left an order and the next day at 12 p.m. he called and informed me that a set of tires had already arrived at Innovanskaya Street.
