I used the services of this store, as the tiles according to the design project are sold only here. The tile was delivered relatively quickly, a month after the order. My biggest mistake was that I didn't check the order, relying on the store's designers and consultants. It turned out that the wood tile had an ornament and a pattern that fits in a chaotic manner. Which I wasn't warned about. This tile had to be handed over. At the same time, the store's consultant behaved slightly defiantly and the conversation was from the category of "her own fault".
Further, when they started laying tiles, it turned out that one model was not enough, literally for one box, and the second model had an extra 2.5 boxes. I ordered the missing box on November 2. The consultant warned that due to the small volume, the tile would not be delivered quickly. But according to the contract, there are 60 calendar days. At the end of December, the consultant started saying that my order was too small and because of the weekend at the factory, the tile would probably be picked up on January 10th (although I'm not very sure that the weekend in Italy coincides with the weekend in Russia) and it would be in Minsk in a few weeks. I consider this a violation of contractual obligations, which the store does not care about at all.
As a result, I can say that the tiles and the rest of the products are beautiful and the cost is naturally above average, but the customer orientation is worse than in Ceramics. I think the level of service provision should be at the proper level in any case, and not what I had to face.
I hope that another conversation between the management and the employees of this store will lead to an improvement in the quality of service.

The salon is just super! In addition to tiles, you can buy plumbing, branded furniture, lamps, decor and much more. My husband and I bought Italian-made ceramic tiles. There is a lot of choice. The prices are adequate. We found exactly what we needed and the tiles were in stock, so we didn't have to wait for delivery. The quality is excellent. Special thanks to the designers for the layout.

Before buying tiles, I was very skeptical of the designers, it seemed to me that their strategic task was for you to buy too much, just to leave the amounts more solid. My friends recommended Realto. When I applied to Realto, I was very satisfied! My family and I are just delighted with the layout offered to me! All my wishes were taken into account and I was offered solutions in the interior, the existence of which I did not even suspect. Thank you very much for the project to your team. As for the tile: it's just magical! (Live is 1000 times better than in the photo)
100% combination of price and quality of products, staff who easily found an approach to us, assistance in delivery - all this is about Realto! Thanks! I recommend it to everyone. There was no keramin standing nearby;)

I was so inspired by visiting the Rialto salon that I didn't want to look at tiles anywhere else! Such a choice and everything in one place is a real find.
Many thanks to the designer and the manager for listening to me and, most importantly, for listening. The staff of the Rialto salon are real experts in their field! Having a modest budget, I was able to buy very beautiful Italian tiles and plumbing, which came out cheaper at a discount than in other salons I visited. Even on the balcony, I bought tiles at the final sale from the warehouse for only 25 rubles per meter - Italy at the price of Belarusian Keramin )
