The delivery is just terrible. In an environment where everyone is striving to improve the service, the official Braun dealer (based on the information on the online site) has forgotten what it is. The store knew that the courier had special features, but at the same time he works for them. In order. The order was for the evening after 17.00. At 10 a.m. there were already 2 missed ones from the courier. Well, let's take it earlier. At about 13.30, the courier calls and informs that somewhere there he cannot leave some car (it is difficult to go around, of course, on another road) and offers to walk to his car. He gets a refusal and says the following: then take me along the road, how to go where here, because the navigator shows incorrectly, etc. and so on. For a long time I clarified about the entrance, but then it was suggested to look for a room at the entrance itself! When the courier finally got to the right apartment, it was offered to the buyer to fill out all the receipts and guarantees. Of course, there was no change.
The cherry on the cake is a message from a courier in Viber with an offer to get to know each other better.
After that, there was a call to the store, they said that a normal courier was on vacation, but this one, yes, could do something like that a little.
Dear store, if you know about such features of your couriers, why work with them??? We will never contact you again, of course, we will tell our friends and acquaintances about this.
Couriers, like any employees, need to be trained to work efficiently!
