I recently visited the Riga shopping center and I want to share my impressions.
Positive:
1. Grocery store: There is a good grocery store in the mall where you can find all the necessary goods. The assortment is diverse, and the prices are quite reasonable.
2. Convenient location: The shopping center is conveniently located, which makes it accessible to residents of the surrounding areas. It is easily accessible by public transport.
Minuses:
1. The condition of the shopping center: Unfortunately, the mall itself looks rather outdated. Many shops are closed, and the overall impression of the space leaves much to be desired.
2. Lack of lighting: There is very little light in the shopping malls, which creates an uncomfortable shopping atmosphere. It really affects the overall perception and desire to spend time in the center.
3. Limited selection: Due to the closed stores, the selection of products in other categories is significantly limited.
In general, if you only need a grocery store, then Riga is quite suitable. However, as a shopping center, unfortunately, it does not meet expectations. I hope that in the future there will be changes that will improve the overall condition and atmosphere of this place.

There is very little space, especially before the holidays, all the aisles are packed with pallets of products. There are long queues at the ticket offices during rush hours. Its own pastries, delicious, but not cheap. Since he works around the clock, there are a lot of not very sober comrades in the evening and in the morning. We need to change the cook in cooking - salads are not delicious. Delicious pizza "I like" - the guys did well.

Previously, Riga shopping center was a good shopping center. Now....against the background of the fact that there are no such large shopping centers nearby Corona, Hypo, Palazo, Green with a similar assortment, it (shopping center) looks good (it is not even comparable with large shopping centers). The Riga shopping center looks like a medium-sized grocery store with a small number of commercial ones. The range is standard, the choice is average. The shopping center itself does not have a food court, most of the food outlets are concentrated in the form of tents around its perimeter or separate nearby objects (2 pizzerias, a kofix, and fast food and a couple of kiosks with shawarma, chebureks, donuts ...). I think it performs well as a regional-scale grocery store. Although often the smell inside in the morning does not please the nasal receptors.
