The hotel is super. The staff is very polite. the rooms are spacious with high ceilings, I did not want to leave the room at all. The breakfasts are amazing. The spa area is wonderful, they give you all the necessary accessories. On the downside, we can say about not very good room cleaning, but this did not spoil the overall impression (high workload may have affected).

The first Rixos I visited here. The room is clean, cleaned 1 time during 2 days of stay, the bed was 2-seater, comfortable with 2 pillows. The breakfast is not bad - there are porridges, fruits, and meat delicacies. Of course 50tt per night is expensive. The Spa is offered for free, but we haven't been.

An excellent hotel, good service, but unfortunately the renovation is poor, in the family room above the bed there is a hatch on the ceiling that is about to open and glowed all night, the tiles are putty like in an economy hotel, cracks everywhere, in the spa there is green moss on the lanterns. I've attached a photo of all this.
Dear Administration, please take into account the world-class hotel.......

This is something amazing place, just such an atmosphere of luxury and abundance, I was there at a seminar, I didn't want to go there, and the rooms are expensive but so cool, I just advise you not to take chewing gum and chips from the room, the price for them must be paid separately and the sum is decent, so leave the chewing gum and chips do not eat, but ask them how it is paid, but breakfast was shikardos there is a straight Shvets table everything is so delicious and take what you want if there was time, I would have eaten everything for three hours and it was so delicious and comfortable, take a room with breakfast, this is what I particularly liked, I remember and want to go there again and again, we had a great day there, thank you very much, I felt like a rich woman there A gorgeous woman

Quality control is necessary.
1. In the room where I stayed, there was an opened bag of shoe rags in the closet with shoe accessories (they didn't put a new one).
2. There are no shaving accessories.
3. The kitchen has improved compared to last year (but still falls short of Rixos-Borovoe).
4. The staff worked on 4 out of 5.

A great breakfast is quickly served and taken away. The hotel was loaded for the holiday.. Everything is perfect in the rooms. The staff is friendly.

We stayed as a family and did not regret it. We will definitely stop next year too. I really remember the pool. The temperature is ideal. You will not always see such a pool, even if it is a 5-star one. And the restaurant was decorated with beautiful national ornaments. The hole is also pissing, there is a lot of greenery. When I entered, for the first few minutes it seemed to me that I was in Egypt. We also rested there for 5 nights. Recommendation to everyone!!!!!.
