We were from January 4th to 8th! These holidays were remembered for a long time. Robinson surprised me.
Let's start with the staff who came to Robinson as if they still had to stay. Apart from the fact that there is no kettle and water, it is also a lot of fun in the room plus 19 with two children. To the staff, everything is exactly as it should be. In short, the hotel took 55k Russian rubles for 4 nights and was very cheap. We will advise his friends)

To say that I am disappointed is to say nothing. I was at a restaurant with my family. The menu was brought 10 minutes after boarding, they waited another 20 minutes for the waiter to come and then after asking to take the order, and so they probably would have had to sit for who knows how long. I ordered hot milk for my daughter, tea, coffee and desserts. They brought it quickly enough, but the milk was in a bowl, when I asked how the child would drink from it, they answered that they would bring a cup now, they brought it, put it on and said they would pour it themselves. Coffee was put on and spilled on a saucer, there were no sugar spoons at all. They didn't even apologize for it, like it's okay, figure it out for yourself. The sugar is soaked, there is a swamp in the saucer. You can drink the current over the table. The paragraph is simple. Well, what can I say - the service is not the one I expected to meet. I admit that I was so unlucky, but even this is enough to recommend that the administrators appear on the terrace more often and monitor the work of the waiters because I pay money and want the service to be appropriate. I hope they will understand me correctly and draw conclusions.

It's good to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, for a day or two, or just for lunch or a walk. You can still reboot, distract yourself. If you spend the night, then a nice bonus in the morning is waiting for you in the pool and SPA. Everyone will find entertainment here.

The furniture is shabby. On the tables, the serving has a better place to be. The women's toilet is dirty. The SPA administrator has a high opinion of himself. The pancakes are delicious! Of the desserts, only the chocolate fountain was liked, the rest of the desserts could be better! And what does the answer mean, do you know what level of guests we have? There are cooler places and they don't say that!
