I can't help but share my positive experience of being in the hospital in November 2024. We had paid paired deliveries in a separate room. The ward is modern, you can ride a fitball, take a Jacuzzi, next to the toilet, shower, bidet. Everything you need for a comfortable experience of contractions. There is also a comfortable birth chair, easily adjustable in different positions ( everything looks like a private clinic). After giving birth, you can stay with your baby and dad for a couple more hours of happiness :) 💙 The staff is excellent!) Huge thanks to Lenko Svetlana Ivanovna and the whole team who helped to carry out the birth of a dream! All are responsive, good-natured, attentive, giving clear and understandable instructions! Dad was allowed to cut the umbilical cord, immediately put the baby to me and let me enjoy the first moments together 🫶 Thanks to the postpartum observational department (2nd floor) under the guidance of a pleasant, competent head, Natalia Vasilkova. Thanks to Dr. Soboleva Alina Borisovna for the same attentive attitude. The doctors explain everything, tell us, sparing no time. Humane treatment of all "visitors". Thanks to the neonatologists who watch the children, they also do not spare words, they look carefully, they treat the children carefully. They help and explain to young moms how to care for and treat children! Rooms for a maximum of 2 mothers with children , comfortable, near the toilet, shower, refrigerator. Everything is purely cultural and inspected! It was a sanatorium for me) For comparison, I was here 7 and a half years ago and it was a high - security colony 😂😅 I am pleasantly surprised and shocked by the changes!

Thanks to all the medical staff for their help during and after childbirth. I would like to thank all the doctors, midwives and nurses for their help and attention. But I would like to pay special attention to Margarita Vladimirovna Morozova (a neonatologist), for her lack of competence, violation of ethics and deontology and insults to me as a person. I think it's very rude and unprofessional to call me names and discuss me as a person with other doctors in the resident's office and express your personal dislike!

Thank you so much!!!!! On December 25, 2024, my daughter was born! The birth took place on a paid basis in a VIP delivery room with her husband. It was unforgettable for us: the excellent attitude of the entire medical staff, a sensitive attitude, moral support for me and my husband, comfortable conditions and, most importantly, assistance in childbirth! After giving birth, they chose a family-type ward. And this is also the best choice. The doctors came and explained everything, talked about taking care of the baby. I recommend it to everyone!!!
