Nice, cozy hotel! Made for Italy.
We rented a junior suite - I really liked it! Hourly sauna and pool use were included in the price. We had a great rest there!
Breakfast was delivered to the room. Excellent, full-fledged, delicious breakfast!
They made concessions to us, and extended 2 hours of accommodation- they gave them to us!
It's a long way to the center. The neighborhood is quiet. There are residential buildings and hotels nearby. There are shops in 10 min.walking.
There is a transit stop nearby- buses run frequently.
The staff is friendly and helpful!

A beautiful cozy hotel with a lovely fountain that always creates a pleasant noise outside the window. The staff is very responsive, they respond to all requests very quickly and are always ready to help. Breakfast is brought directly to the room, everything is very tasty, the portions are large, there is something new every day. Very tasty coffee! The hotel also has a sauna and a swimming pool, which can be booked for free for one hour and relax only with your own company. We really liked everything! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will definitely come back again!

We checked in for a few hours before departure. The terrible smoky reception, if you can call it that at all, looks more like a watchman's room, the room was dirty, there was a lot of hair on the bed, I didn't want to lie down on it.. I really don't recommend this place.

It's a terrible place - everything is smoky, dirt is everywhere, everything is old, the bed is stained. The administrators said that we were also accommodated on the floor for tourists, and on the ground floor it was even worse) The staff are rare boors.

And most of all, I was amazed that while in the presidential room, the water in the kettle is collected in the bathroom, the water is paid. And coffee for breakfast, too, for an additional fee . Of the 6 hotels in Armenia where we visited during our vacation, I do not recommend staying there. But if you are eating with a large company, it is convenient to stay and spend time not only in the room but also in the spa area

I think this is one of the best hotels in Yerevan. A large swimming pool and super wonderful breakfasts, with an Armenian flavor and at the same time according to all the traditions of 4-5 star hotels! The staff is helpful. The Presidential Suite is just a name...there is dust in places, the air conditioner makes noise like a tractor. The room was for 4, the second bedroom was windowless. The room was smoky, there was a sauna next to it, when it is heated, there is a bathhouse aroma in the room. In the showers, water flows out of the cabins. Breakfast is normal.

The hotel used to be good a long time ago, but now it has been launched. There is mold on the walls in the bathroom, the shower is rusty. There are cracks in the walls in places, there are scratches and scuffs.
4 stars are indicated, but it doesn't even pull 3. The echoes of the fact that this was once a good hotel are branded bed linen, slippers, towels, bathrobes and accessories. It hasn't been repaired for a long time...
