After agreeing on all the details, we were also offered different payment methods and the possibility of making installments. We calculated and ordered the roof in this organization in August. The seller seemed to us a man who knows his business. We have provided all the requested information for calculation (heights, tilt angles, face lengths, etc.).The seller calculated everything and we drew up a contract for the purchase of material. We chose a modular tile of Russian production. We have no complaints about the quality of the material. When buying, we checked several times whether there was enough material, since it goes to order and is made in the Russian Federation, we were assured that there would be enough. We also wanted to order an umbrella for the chimney and the material for its cladding from them in the future, we were assured that there would be no problems and they would do everything in the shortest possible time. In September, the installation of the roof began, and there were a lot of questions to the seller. The umbrella could not be ordered because the seller did not have the right material. Then it turned out that a drip was needed for the installation of the roof, which for some reason the seller did not count at all. On this occasion, we contacted the seller, to which he replied that there was no material and we had to wait until November. We ordered a drip elsewhere. But this is not the worst thing, it turned out that about 30 sheets of the roof were not counted to us. When contacting the seller, he replied that we signed the documents at the time of purchase and ourselves had to check the dimensions, the number of sheets on the layout and in general he had a day off and he could not help in any way. Unfortunately, we are not builders and we encountered the roof for the first time, so we relied on "professionals" in this field who sell and install roofs. As a result, we did not have time to cover our roof completely for the winter. The material that was not enough was ordered elsewhere. I highly do not recommend contacting this organization, since unqualified specialists work there, including the head of the organization, it was he who did the calculation of the material.
